Abstract

This article offers the concept of human resources development by using a humanism sufisktik approach. Humanism focuses award and the development potential of human nature, so manifest psychologically stable growth to the level of self – actualization. Sufi enchance the role of moral and psychological motivated by value al fadilah kamal an-nafs based on Islam. Sufistik humanism implies that the translation of humanizing meaning it must alwasy be related to theological moral manners. By this approach, the expected moslem human resources are able to competitate until become the leader who are not only in ASEAN but also in the scale of international. Abstract

The article discusses Diniyah Education from the perspective of Islamic Education Philosophy (ontology, epistemology, and axiology). From the results of the analysis, it can be concluded from tafaqquh fiddiin working to elevate Islam's religion and enforce its shari'ah through the mastery of war strategies and the deepening of religion. Moreover, for the future is the mastery of technology and other propaganda strategies supported by the spread of Islam. Fiddiin is part of jihad in the field of Islamic education which must be carried out by Muslims and very relevant to educate Muslims and uphold religious dialogue. Abstract

This article reveals the contribution of the education quality system in increasing the competitiveness of Miftahul Ulum Lumajang Islamic Boarding School graduates. This type of research is qualitative with a case study approach, data obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed by condensing, displaying data, and drawing conclusions. The research findings show that quality of the Miftahul Ulum Lumajang Islamic Boarding School education system begins with the integration of visions between institutions under the auspices of the Miftahul Ulum Lumajang Foundation. They were followed by setting goals and strategies for improving the academic quality of students through three models of quality development, namely coaching in the recitation, extracurricular activities, and activities in the pesantren environment. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap aktualisasi perempuan dalam berwirausaha di Kelurahan Lembeyan Kulon, Kecamatan Lembeyan, Kabupaten Magetan, dalam mengembangkan potensi pertanian berupa tanaman buah jambu mede sebagai oleh-oleh destinasi wisata Telaga Sarangan Magetan. Produksi jambu mede yang  menyentuh angka lima belas ton per empat bulan ini dijual dengan nilai rendah sehingga petani di Desa Lembeyan sering mengalami kerugian dan akibatnya terkadang buahnya hanya dijadikan pakan ternak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus guna mendeskripsikan data secara menyeluruh dan utuh mengenai aktualisasi peran perempuan melalui pemberdayaan kewirausahaan. Analisis data dilakukan peneliti dengan tahapan kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan, dengan teknik keabsahan data kredibilitas dan konfirmbality. Pemberdayaan perempuan desa melalui pelatihan pengolahan abon jambu  mede  diharapkan dapat mendorong semangat berwirausaha perempuan di Kelurahan Lembeyan serta nantinya melahirkan womenpreneur desa yang berkontribusi terhadap nilai tambah hasil pertanian jambu mede dan menambah pendapatan keuangan keluarga. [This study aims to reveal the actualization of women in entrepreneurship in Lembeyan Kulon Village, Lembeyan District, Magetan Regency, empowering women in developing agricultural potential in the form of cashew fruit plants as souvenirs for the tourist destination of the Magetan Sarangan Lake. Cashew nut production reaches fifteen tons per four months, the harvest has been sold at a low value so that farmers in Lembeyan village often experience losses and as a result sometimes the fruit is only used as animal feed. This study describes the data as a whole and in its entirety regarding the actualization of the role of women through entrepreneurial empowerment. Data analysis was carried out by matching the data obtained, systematized, interpreted logically for the validity and credibility of the data obtained. Empowerment of village women through training on processing cashew floss is expected to encourage women's entrepreneurial spirit in Lembeyan Village and later contribute to the added value of cashew agricultural products and increase family financial income.]

Abstract

Pendidikan pesantren yang pada mulanya hanya berorientasi pada pendalaman ilmu agama semata-mata mulai memasukkan mata pelajaran umum. Masuknya mata pelajaran ini diharapkan untuk memperluas cakrawala berpikir para santri dan biasanya pula para santri mengikuti ujian negara yang diadakan oleh pemerintah. Sudah tidak diragukan lagi bahwa pesantren memiliki kontribusi nyata dalam pembangunan pendidikan. Apalagi dilihat secara historis, pesantren memiliki pengalaman yang luar biasa dalam membina dan mengembangkan masyarakat. Aspek penting ini harus diprioritaskan dalam dunia pendidikan dilingkungan pesantren saat ini memang kurikulum. Kurikulum merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam sistem pendidikan. Seperti kita ketahui, kurikulum memiliki 3 fungsi : (1) disamping sebagai pedoman penyelenggaraan pendidikan pada pondok pesantren dan untuk memungkinkan pencapaian tujuan pendidikan pondok pesantren tersebut, (2) juga bisa sebagai batasan dari suatu program kegiatan (bahan pengajaran) yang akan dijalankan pada suatu semester, kelas, maupun pada tingkat/jenjang pendidikan tertentu. (3) dan sebagai pedoman kyai/ustadz dalam menyelenggarakan proses belajar mengajar, sehingga kegiatan yang dilakukan Kyai/ustadz dan santri terarah pada tujuan yang telah ditentukan.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji epistemologi dan strategi pendidikan Islam multikultural. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi kasus kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman, meliputi reduksi data, penyajian, dan verifikasi. Kami memeriksa keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tujuan dilaksanakannya upaya pendidikan agama berwawasan multikultural adalah untuk menciptakan pemahaman beragama yang humanis, inklusif, dan penuh toleransi serta saling menghormati antar pemeluk agama lain. Dengan demikian, dari upaya tersebut, kerukunan dan kedamaian akan terwujud dalam kehidupan masyarakat dengan cita-cita dan tujuan esensial dari ajaran universal agama.

Abstract

Abstract Pesantren Miftahul Ulum Lumajang is an institution with quality assurance standards for the regeneration of ulama 'and dai with systemized characteristics. Quality assurance is systematic planning in the application of quality management to ensure that a product or service meets quality requirements from start to finish. This research is qualitative research with a field research approach. In this study, data analysis was carried out since data collection was reviewed as a whole. Based on the research findings, the quality assurance system for the regeneration of auxiliary teachers at the Miftahul Ulum Lumajang Islamic Boarding School is carried out on the dimensions of the guarantee system on the cadre side, the guarantee system on the object of regeneration, namely students, and finally the guarantee system in the Islamic boarding school curriculum. Keywords: Quality Assurance; Cadre; Assisted Teachers; Pesantren Abstrak Pesantren Miftahul Ulum Lumajang adalah lembaga yang memiliki standar penjaminan mutu untuk kaderisasi ulama 'dan dai dengan karakteristik yang tersistem. Penjaminan Mutu adalah perencanaan sistematis dalam penerapan manajemen mutu untuk memastikan bahwa suatu produk atau jasa memenuhi persyaratan mutu dari awal sampai akhir. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian lapangan. Dalam studi ini, analisis data dilakukan sejak pengumpulan data diperiksa ulang secara keseluruhan. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, sistem penjaminan mutu kaderisasi guru bantu di Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Ulum Lumajang dilakukan pada dimensi sistem penjaminan pada pihak pengkader, sistem penjaminan pada objek kaderisasi yaitu santri, dan terakhir adalah sistem penjaminan pada kurikulum pondok pesantren. Abstract

Abstract The existence of madrasas cannot be separated from Muslims' initial goals and needs for the importance of education. However, the chaotic legal basis also causes the management of madrasas that are not optimal. Education Statistics Data from the Ministry of Education and Culture and EMIS data from the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia in 2015 showed the number of madrasas was 76,583 or around 21.31% of the existing schools. By analyzing madrasas, opportunities will be obtained, especially in the era of regional autonomy, and strategies to produce policies intended to strengthen the role and function of madrasas for the community.   Keywords : madrasah, education policy, regional autonomy

Abstract

The demand for article publication among students has intensified in various universities. However, these demands lead to plagiarism behavior, so journalistic ethics education at the beginning of college entry needs to be socialized early. This research is the result of field research. Analysis of research data from interviews, observations, and documentation with the reduction, display, and verification stages. Journalistic fiqh, as the ethical basis for students of the Miftahul Ulum Lumajang Syari'ah College of Sciences, carries out ethical principles based on Islamic teachings; among others, in carrying out journalistic duties and publishing articles, they should convey information based on facts that can be confirmed, because if they manipulate research results It is the same as guarding against spreading false news or hoaxes, so that provoked parties to appear, and more importantly, not accessing pornographic websites and not using social media to sell prohibited items.   Keywords : learning, ethical, journalistic values, students
