Abstract

This research aims to prove empirically related to the growth of sharia products and sharia banking profit growth with a simple quantity index number analysis method. Samples of 6 companies with the period 2013-2016. The results showed that banks that experienced profit growth namely, BRI sharia banks, independent sharia banks, bukopin shari'ah banks, panin shari'ah banks. Whereas Muamalat Bank has decreased continuously. and the victoria shari'ah bank experiences negative profits continuously. As for shari'ah banking, which experienced growth in murabaha products, namely, BRI sharia banks, independent sharia banks, bukopin shari'ah banks, and panin shari'ah banks. While Muamalat and Victoria Sharia banks have declined. Keywords: Mudharabah, profit and financing, murabahah, musharaka, wadi’ah temporary syirkah funds
