Abstract

Penerapan Data Mining digunakan untuk mengatasi permasalahan dalam penentuan insentif pegawai setiap bulan di PT Sinarmas Multifinance. PT Sinarmas Multifinance adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam jasa usaha pembiayaan sewa guna usaha, anjak piutang dan pembiayaan konsumen. Dalam menentukan jumlah insentif pegawai, data yang digunakan sebagai kriteria adalah kedisiplinan, integritas, tanggung jawab, komunikasi, antuasiasme dalam bekerja masing-masing pegawai. Metode yang digunakan adalah penerapan algoritma K- Means dimana membutuhkan beberapa kriteria. Penerapan Data Mining ini dibuat dengan menggunakan Rapid Miner. Hasil implementasi dari Penerapan Data Mining ini dapat mempermudah pihak Manager (HRD) PT Sinarmas Multifinance dalam menentukan insentif pegawai dengan tepat dan akurat. Penilaian terhadap suatu kedisiplinan merupakan suatu tahap evaluasi kinerja yang penting bagi kelangsungan aktivitas perusahaan. Pemantauan dan penilaian terhadap suatu kedisiplinan pegawai harus dilakukan secara terus-menerus agar dapat meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Selanjutnya data pegawai tersebut diolah menggunakan software RapidMiner. Kata kunci: Data mining, K-means, Insentif, Karyawan, Rapidminer

Abstract

Abstract Bell is certainly no stranger to education. In general, the bell still uses human power to ring it. It is still rare in the world of education to use an automatic bell that can work alone according to a predetermined time in the teaching and learning process. The purpose of the design of automatic bells at STIKOM Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar is to facilitate the work of picket officers and optimize the time for teaching and learning. The work process of this tool is to input the predetermined lesson time into the Arduino Uno Microcontroller using C language in the Arduino IDE Software. After that the microcontroller will read the program schedule hours that have been inputted into the microcontroller. If the program inputted matches the time schedule of today's lesson hours, the bell will automatically output the output in the form of an information notification sound. This tool also has a 16x2 Keypad Shield for setting the manual in the test mode that is matched in the time of the ongoing test and automatically produces notification sound output, where the automatic bell is fully controlled with the Arduino Uno Microcontroller command and the time setting that has been set into the RTC ( Real Time Clock) as a time saver. Abstract

Every activities carried out by the Board of Mosques has been regulated and set forth in the Regulation of the Minister of Religious Affairs No. 54 of 2006 concerning a form of organizational structure of organizational management and work procedures of “Badan Kesejahteraan Masjid” (BKM). With the regulation that has been set by the Government, then every mosque jama'ah is willing and ready to accept the mandate and duties directed by the Government in terms of the management of the Mosque. For the processing of mosque data, it is time to utilize information and technology so that data management and information delivery about the Mosque can be done quickly and appropriately. In order for the data collection to be done easily, it is necessary to build information and technology facilities and infrastructure through internet services for faster and more precise access to information. So with this service, to provide Information Sharing about mosques to Jama'ah Mosque can be done from anywhere and anytime as long as the internet connection network is connected with smarthphone media and Computers.
