Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, Return On Equity Dan Return On Assets Debt to Equity Ratio tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan secara parsial terhadap Price to Book Value Ratio pada perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia tahun 2016 – 2019. Net Profit Margin berpengaruh dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap Price to Book Value Ratio pada perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia tahun 2016 – 2019. Debt to Asset Ratio berpengaruh dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap Price to Book Value Ratio pada perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia tahun 2016 – 2019. Dividen Payout Ratio tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan secara parsial terhadap Price to Book Value Ratio pada perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia tahun 2016 – 2019.

Abstract

This research was carried out at PT. Palmanco Inti Sawit. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of promotion, price and product quality on consumer loyalty at PT. Palmanco Inti Sawit. The population in this study were customers of PT. Palmanco Inti Sawit, amounting to 145 respondents and a sample of 106 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results showed that partially promotion has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty in PT. Palmanco Inti Sawit. Partially the price has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty at PT. Palmanco Inti Sawit. Partially product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty at PT. Palmanco Inti Sawit. Simultaneously promotion, Price and product quality have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty at PT. Palmanco Inti Sawit.

Abstract

Laporan keuangan disusun berdasarkan presumsi kelangsungan usaha yang disebut going concern. Presumsi going concern digunakan apabila suatu perusahaan tidak dapat mempertahankan kelangsungan usahanya. Maka daripada itu, diperlukannya auditor independen untuk menyatakan pendapatnya atas laporan keuangan suatu entitas, apakah perusahaan dapat mempertahankan kelangsungan usahanya atau tidak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis mengenai pengaruh Audit Committee, Audit Quality, Solvability, dan Sales Growth terhadap Going Concern Audit Opinion pada Perusahaan Industri Dasar dan Kimia yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2014-2017. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan model regresi logistik dan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Sampel penelitian ini diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sejumlah 248 sampel perusahaan. Hasil penelitian dengan pengujian hipotesis secara simultan menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti Audit Committee, Audit Quality, Solvability, dan Sales Growth berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Going Concern Audit Opinion. Pengujian hipotesis secara parsial menunjukkan nilai signifikan Audit Committee sebesar 0,102 > 0,05, Audit Quality sebesar 0,449 > 0,05, dan Sales Growth sebesar 0,778 > 0,05, yang berarti Audit Committee, Audit Quality, dan Sales Growth tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap Going Concern Audit Opinion, tetapi Solvability menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, yang berarti Solvability berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Going Concern Audit Opinion. Nilai koefisien determinasi hipotesis adalah 0,711 berarti variabel going concern audit opinion (Y) dapat dijelaskan dan dipengaruhi oleh variabel audit committee (X1), audit quality (X2), solvability (X3), dan sales growth (X4) sebesar 71,1%. Sisanya 28,9% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar daripada variabel penelitian

Abstract

The firm value shows that the prosperity of stakeholders will increase, if the stock price is increased as well. The value of the company becomes very important because it reflects the company's performance which can affect investors' perceptions of the company. This research is meant to find out the influence of intangible asset, firm size, invesment opportunity set, profitability and corporate governance.The research population is consumption industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2014-2016 periods.The sample in this study is manufacturing company according to the criteria established and there are 21 manufacturing companies and they have been selected by using purposive sampling. The statistic test instrument uses SPSS 23 version which is carried out to perform classic assumption test, multiple linear regressions analysis, and the hypothesis test. based on the result of normality test, multicolinearity test, heterocedasticity, and autocorrelation, some variables that deviate from the classic asssumption have not been found. the result of the hypothesis test shows that : (1) intangible asset is proven to affect the firm value; (2) Firm size is not proven to affect the firm value ; (3) invesment opportunity set is not proven to affect the firm value ; (4) profitability is not proven to affect the firm value ; (5) corporate governance is not proven to affect the firm value.
