Abstract

Pada prinsipnya nilai suatu perusahaan dapat dipengaruhi oleh perputaran modal kerja dan perputaran persediaan. Adanya analisis atas perputaran modal kerja dan perputaran persediaan bagi setiap perusahaan sangat penting dilakukan guna mengetahui kondisi keuangan perusahaan saat ini dan situasi keuangan pada masa yang akan datang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perputaran modal kerja dan perputaran persediaan secara parsial terhadap Net Profit Margin dan profitabilitas serta mengetahui pengaruh Net Profit Margin terhadap likuiditas.Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder, yang berhubungan dengan obyek penelitian, yaitu PT. “CFU” Semarang, perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang meubel, berupa data keuangan dari tahun 2013 sampai dengan 2016. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik dan uji goodness of fit.Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa perputaran modal kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Net Profit Margin, namun berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap likuiditas. Perputaran persediaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Net Profit Margin dan likuiditas. Net Profit Margin pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap likuiditas. Kebijakan yang perlu dilakukan manajemen yaitu meningkatkan pengelolaan perputaran modal kerja dan perputaran persediaan, agar dapat meningkatkan Net Profit Margin perusahaan yang berdampak positif terhadap likuiditas.Kata kunci: perputaran modal kerja, perputaran persediaan, net profit margin dan likuiditas.

Abstract

The tourism sector is very important in the tourism business as it brings income to the government. As a subset of tourism, religious tourism has a lot of room to expand. The pilgrimage to Wali Songo is common in Indonesia, especially among certain Muslims. When a person makes a pilgrimage, the goal is to seek blessings (tabarruk) as well as mediate (tawassul) with the intermediary of blessings, scholars or guardians who are buried in the tomb to be visited, even though tabarruk and tawassul are indeed prohibited. The pilgrimage to the grave is not a form of command. However, it is an impermissibility exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad PBUH because not one evidence commands the pilgrimage to the grave to be carried out. However, the Wali Songo pilgrimage has a social, economic, and business significance in Indonesian religious tourism, making it a unique tourism destination for both visitors and locals. Revisit intention is the focus of this research. Apart from accounting for more than half of the total tourists in one tourist attraction for a specific purpose, it also has lower marketing costs than attracting first-time visitors.

Abstract

One important financial technology instrument that improves marketing performance is the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS), particularly for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This digital payment technique not only facilitates transactions, but it also aids in bigger marketing efforts, potentially leading to increased customer engagement and company success. The case in Semarang city involving 160 MSMEs by the district. Data analysis technique using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with proceed by AMOS 22 version. The results of the research shows that all of the hypothesis including: digital literacy level toward QRIS perceived usefulness, digital literacy level toward QRIS ease of use, QRIS ease of use toward QRIS usefulness, QRIS usefulness toward sales products marketing performance, QRIS ease of use toward sales products marketing performance and digital literacy level toward sales products marketing performance are positively and significant.
