Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, kebutuhan manusia semakin meningkat. Sistem yang bersifat real-time dan online meningkatkan efisiensi dan kinerja proses dibandingkan dengan proses manual yang membutuhkan lebih banyak waktu dan tenaga, serta proses pencarian data yang lebih sulit dan memakan waktu.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat sistem pemesanan pemeriksaan dan perawatan gigi berbasis website untuk mempermudah pasien dalam proses pemesanan. Digitalisasi menjadi sangat diperlukan dalam pemesanan di klinik agar pemesanan menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien sehingga data cepat diproses. Alur dan sistem pemesanan pemeriksaan dan perawatan gigi ini adalah pengunjung yang akan booking harus memiliki akun, setelah membuat akun dan   berhasil login pengunjung mengisi data reservasi lalu pengunjung akan dapat melihat status pada berada di akun tersebut. Sistem ini dibuat dengan menggunakan metode Software Development Life Cycle Waterfall, mengunakan framework Laravel, bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Pada sistem pemesanan ini terdapat fitur reservasi untuk melakukan pemesanan, reschedule, melihat jadwal yang telah dipesan, melihat status antrian, dan melihat data history. Hasil yang diperoleh setelah pengujian blackbox menunjukan bahwa sistem dapat bekerja sesuai dengan fungsinya. Pengujian SUS dengan memberikan kuesioner SUS kepada 30 responden dan memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 78, dimana sistem ini layak untuk digunakan. Kesimpulan berdasarkan hasil analisis, perancangan, dan implementasinya, sistem sudah layak digunakan dan dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai alat untuk pemesanan perawatan gigi.

Abstract

Pengelolaan data absensi pegawai pada masa saat ini sangat penting untuk dilakukan, hal ini dilakukan untuk menghitung perkiraan anggaran gaji. Tentu jika hanya dengan menerapkan proses pengelolaan absensi pegawai dengan cara manual akan kesulitan dalam mengelolanya. Pengelolaan data absensi pegawai yang dilakukan pada CV.Trisya Media Teknologi masih memiliki kekurangan yaitu proses absensi dan pencatatan data absensi pegawai masih dengan cara manual. Hal tersebut tidak efektif dan tidak efisien, memungkinkan data dapat hilang dan rusak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun system aplikasi absensi dengan mengimplementasikan teknologi Application Programming Interface (API) untuk menghubungkan antara aplikasi satu dengan aplikasi lainnya. Perancangan system aplikasi ini menggunakan metode Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model Waterfall. Perancangan system untuk admin yaitu berbasis web menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) serta menggunakan framework Laravel. Sedangkan perancangan aplikasi untuk sisi pegawai yaitu berbasis Android menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Kotlin. Dengan merancang system aplikasi ini dapat bermanfaat untuk admin dalam mengelola data absensi pegawai serta memudahkan para pegawai untuk melakukan absensi dimana saja dengan hanya menggunakan smartphone Androidnya. Hasil dari pengujian menggunakan metode Black-Box Testing terhadap aplikasi absensi berbasis mobile Android ini dinyatakan valid. Hasil dari pengujian menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) terhadap system untuk sisi admin yang berbasis web mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 77 yang berarti system ini dinyatakan Acceptable, dimana dengan hasil tersebut system dapat digunakan dengan baik.

Abstract

Cervical cancer data is high-dimensional with numerous features. Reducing the number of features in the analysis can provide advantages in more effective data processing and prevent overfitting, which can lead to detection errors. This study aimed at improving the classification performance for early identification of cervical cancer through the CFS technique based on the Naive Bayes classification algorithm. The dataset used was the primary data with three classes of cancer conditions. Feature reduction was applied to decrease data dimensionality and improve processing efficiency. The selected feature subset comprised 10 attributes that showed a strong correlation with the target class. The performance evaluation yielded an accuracy of 83.50%, recall of 83.57%, and precision of 88.30%. These findings suggest that the proposed method can enhance the early detection of cervical cancer, which support early detection of cervical cancer and assist clinical decision-making

Abstract

Effective inventory control is a crucial element in a company's logistics operations to achieve financial efficiency. CV. Cahaya Mitra Pratama currently relies on manual recording alongside an existing historical system, resulting in two main problems: double-entry redundancy that risks stock data discrepancies, and the absence of an optimal ordering analysis mechanism that leads to overstock and stockout risks. This research aims to design and develop a web-based Inventory Management System implementing the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Safety Stock, and Reorder Point (ROP) methods using the Laravel framework and MySQL database. Calculation validation was conducted through a comparative analysis between the company's conventional inventory policy and the EOQ model calculations. Black Box Testing of system functionality showed Valid results across all 15 test scenarios, while System Usability Scale (SUS) testing involving 30 respondents yielded an average score of 72.83, categorized as Acceptable with Grade Scale B (Good). The developed system successfully eliminated recording redundancy and produced more efficient ordering recommendations compared to the conventional policy.

Abstract

AbstrakPerkembangan teknologi telah merevolusi cara kerja lembaga pers dengan mendukung mereka untuk melakukan pengumpulan, pemrosesan, dan penyebaran informasi menjadi lebih cepat, lebih luas dan lebih mudah. LPM Cendekia dalam perannya sebagai wadah pengembangan wawasan dan kemampuan bagi kader IMM Surakarta di bidang jurnalistik turut memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi melalui media digital sebagai media perluasan informasi mereka. Meskipun demikian pemanfaatan teknologi dalam bentuk sistem informasi belum maksimal dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan perancangan dan pembangunan sistem informasi berbasis website yang dapat digunakan untuk mendukung kinerja lembaga dalam melakukan proses manajemen data liputan, manajemen data personil, serta manajemen tulisan berikut dengan portal pengajuan tulisan. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development yang terdiri dari empat tahapan proses yaitu requirement planning, system designing, system prototyping dan implementation. Implementasi dilakukan dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP, framework Laravel, mySQL dan bootstrap. Hasil pengujian blackbox dan System Usability Scale (SUS) memberikan kesimpulan bahwa sistem informasi berhasil dikembangkan dengan baik untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan kepuasan pengguna.==============================================AbstractTechnological developments have revolutionized the way press agencies work by enabling them to make information gathering, processing and dissemination faster, wider and easier. LPM Cendekia in its role as a forum for developing knowledge and skills for IMM Surakarta cadres in the field of journalism also takes advantage of technological developments through digital media as a medium for expanding their information. However, the use of technology in the form of information systems has not been maximized. This study aims to design and build a website-based information system that can be used to support institutional performance in the process of reporting data management, personnel data management, and writing management along with a writing submission portal. The system was developed using the Rapid Application Development method which consists of four stages of the process, namely requirements planning, system designing, system prototyping and implementation. Implementation is done with the PHP programming language, Laravel framework, MySQL and bootstrap. The results of blackbox testing and the System Usability Scale (SUS) conclude that the information system has been successfully developed to meet user needs and satisfaction.

Abstract

AbstrakLiterasi digital bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan yang diperlukan untuk menerima, menganalisis, dan mengevaluasi berbagai bentuk informasi dari kegiatan membaca. Proses peminjaman yang dilakukan secara manual menyebabkan peminjaman buku membutuhkan waktu lama, sehingga memerlukan keterlibatan teknologi informasi yang berfungsi untuk menginformasikan buku perpustakaan serta memudahkan peminjam yang dibatasi oleh jarak dan waktu. Aplikasi digitalisasi sistem perpustakaan digunakan sebagai upaya pengembangan literasi pada siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Kayen Kabupaten Pati. Sistem ini dapat memberitahukan informasi buku, ketersediaan buku, menampilkan video pembelajaran, melakukan transaksi peminjaman online melalui website menggunakan barcode yang berisi kode reservasi, memudahkan petugas memonitoring peminjam, membuat laporan, dan dapat mengingatkan peminjam untuk masa peminjaman akan berakhir melalui fitur notifikasi. Metode yang digunakan membangun aplikasi ini menggunakan metode waterfall, yaitu: analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Keunggulan dari penelitian ini berupa fungsi untuk reservasi buku yang diimplementasikan dalam teknologi barcode. Selain itu, untuk mengantisipasi keterlambatan pengembalian buku, fitur notifikasi dibuat dan akan muncul pada halaman riwayat peminjaman. Sistem ini mampu mengelola data pustaka, data transaksi, mengakses video pembelajaran, dan laporan.==============================================AbstractDigital literacy aims to improve the skills needed to receive, analyze and evaluate various forms of information from reading activities. The process of borrowing that is done manually causes borrowing books to take a long time, so it requires the involvement of information technology which functions to inform library books and make it easier for borrowers who are limited by distance and time. The application of digitizing the library system is used as an effort to develop literacy in students at SMA Negeri 1 Kayen, Pati Regency. This system can notify book information, book availability, display learning videos, make online loan transactions via the website using a barcode that contains a reservation code, make it easier for officers to monitor borrowers, make reports, and can remind borrowers that the loan period will end through the notification feature. The method used to build this application uses the waterfall method, namely: requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The advantage of this research is the book reservation function implemented in barcode technology. In addition, to anticipate delays in returning books, a notification feature is made and will appear on the borrowing history page. This system is capable of managing library data, transaction data, accessing learning videos, and reports.

Abstract

World Cancer Observation states that in Indonesia cervical cancer ranks number two with a total of 9.2% of all cancer cases, cervical cancer which continues to increase in percentage every year due to the addition of new cases. It is important for the public to be aware of the symptoms that arise from cervical cancer. Lack of knowledge about cervical cancer from an early age increases the risk of death. This is because patients know cervical cancer when it is at an advanced stage. So it is important to know the symptoms of cervical cancer patients and their stage level in order to get the appropriate treatment. This research produces an expert system to help the public know the classification of cervical cancer stages. The system development method used is the decision tree method. The classification process uses 200 cervical cancer medical records with 12 symptoms. The decision tree method used has an accuracy value of 85.50%, recall 85.40%, and precision 86.74%. The expert system was developed using the flutter framework. The results of the study are in the form of an expert system mobile application that has been tested black box which is declared valid. This system can help the public know the results of the diagnosis of the symptoms experienced and the stage level accurately to apply the appropriate treatment.

Abstract

Toko Nor'In, a mid-range grocery store founded in 1999, operates as a wholesale outlet supplying necessities and staple foods, while also catering directly to consumers. The store provides delivery services to downlines or loyal customers within the Tengaran District area. Despite its operations, Toko Nor'In still relies on a manual stock recording system, which frequently leads to serious problems like data inaccuracies and low operational efficiency. Implementing a computerized system is a vital solution to lighten the workload of employees and provide significant benefits for the grocery business. The new inventory system was developed using the Waterfall method, a structured approach following four distinct stages: requirement definition, system design, implementation, and testing. This method ensures clear guidance and efficient management, guaranteeing a system that meets user expectations. The information system was constructed utilizing the PHP programming language, Visual Studio Code, and SQL. To verify its quality, the system underwent Black Box testing and System Usability Scale (SUS) testing. Black Box results confirmed the website's functionality works optimally. Furthermore, the system achieved a SUS score of 69, categorized as "Good," which affirms that it meets user standards for acceptability and ease of use.

Abstract

The industrialized world has undergone significant changes thanks to technological developments. One example of the utilization of technological advances is in the buying and selling system. In the operation of the Faafoo shop, the seller still uses a manual system in transactions, namely by using a calculator as a payment calculation. The transaction process can be done quickly and accurately to save time and reduce the risk of errors by using a Point of Sale (POS) system. The POS system is built using the Laravel framework and implements Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with customers. POS system development uses the Agile Method which has the advantage of being adaptable and flexible to changing user needs and uses Black Box Testing and Usability Testing with the System Usability Scale (SUS) method for system testing. The results of blackbox testing show that the system is able to meet all the requirements set and function correctly. In addition, the results of the SUS (System Usability Scale) test which obtained a final score of 75.5 showed that the system received an "acceptable" category, further confirming that the system has been designed and runs as expected. These two test results together provide strong support for the view that the system has been well developed and implemented.

Abstract

Information processing is currently greatly facilitated by the role of technology, so that it can be utilized in various sectors including temporary housing management. Kos Griya Muallimah is a boarding house specifically for women. Kos Griya Muallimah in its data management currently still uses a manual method, which is recorded in a book. The creation of KosMu can help Kos Griya Muallimah owners manage boarding house data more regularly and efficiently. This study aims to manage boarding house resident data, room data, payment confirmation data, and complaint data from Kos Griya Muallimah residents to be computerized so as to reduce human error, increase accuracy, and ease in finding the data needed. The development method used in this study is the prototype method. The prototype method is used so that developers can interact with users during website creation so that users can provide input and opinions regarding the website being developed. The system has been tested with Black Box testing to find out the system runs according to user expectations, the results of the features, menus, and buttons run well and based on usability testing with the System Usability Scale (SUS), a score of 74.5 was obtained, which means that the system is well received by users.
