Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an influence of Islamic business ethics with the variables of unity, equilibrium, free will, responsibility, benevolence and the welfare of traders in the Pusat Pasar Medan. This research is a quantitative research and the analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The data collection technique used is the questionnaire method obtained directly from the respondent, namely the Pusat Pasar Medan Trader. Analyzed using statistical tools, namely SPSS Version 22. Based on the results of data processing has shown that there is a significant influence as partially and simultaneously among the unity, equilibrium, free will, responsibility and benovelence towards the welfare of traders in the Medan Market Center. For unity, free will, responsibility and benovelence have a positive effect on the welfare of traders in Medan Market Center. While the equilibrium variable has a negative effect on the welfare of Medan Market Center traders. The adjusted R square value is 0.345. This means that 34.5% increase in welfare can be explained by independent variables, namely the variables of unity, equilibrium, free will, responsibility and kindness. While 65.5% is explained by other factors.

Abstract

The low understanding of knowledge about Islamic banking and financial literacy, the lack of socialization carried out by Islamic banks on Islamic economic principles and systems can affect the interest in saving for Islamic banking students at UIN Syahada Padangsidimpuan Islamic banking. The discussion in this study relates to Islamic banks, knowledge of Islamic banks, financial literacy and student interest in saving. The type of research used is quantitative research, while the information needed by researchers is obtained directly from the object of research by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data collection technique used by the researcher is the method of questionnaire (questionnaire), documentation, and interviews. The analysis technique used is the validity and reliability test of the instrument then the data analysis used is the basic assumption test, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing using SPSS 22 computer program data processing. The results of the study simultaneously and partially state that there is an influence between the knowledge and literacy variables. finance on interest in saving Islamic banking students at UIN Syahada Padangsidimpuan by 24.1% and the remaining 75.9% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is product quality, brand image and promotion on Telkomsel SIM CARD customer loyalty. This research is quantitative research and the analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire method obtained directly from respondents, namely Telkomsel SIM CARD customers. Analyzed using statistical tools, namely SPSS Version 22. Based on the results of data processing, it shows that there is a significant partial and simultaneous influence between product quality, brand image and promotion variables on Telkomsel SIM CARD customer loyalty. For product quality variables, brand image and promotion have a positive effect on Telkomsel SIM CARD customer loyalty. The adjusted Rsquare value is 0.699. This means that 69.9% of the increase in Telkomsel SIM CARD customer loyalty can be explained by the independent variables, namely product quality, brand image and promotion. Meanwhile, 30.1% is explained by other factors.

Abstract

The discussion in this research is related to employee performance, work discipline and work ethics. The type of research used is quantitative research, while the information required by researchers is obtained directly from the research object by distributing questionnaires to 31 respondents. The data collection techniques used by researchers are questionnaire methods, documentation and interviews. The analysis technique used is the validity and reliability test of the instrument, then the data analysis used is the basic assumption test, classical assumption test and hypothesis test using the data processing computer program SPSS 22. The results of the research show that there is an influence of work discipline on the performance of PT employees. Pos Indonesia Padangsidimpuan Branch Office can be seen from implementing time discipline, regulatory discipline and responsibility discipline for each employee which can indirectly improve employee performance. There is an influence of work ethics on the performance of PT employees. Pos Indonesia Padangsidimpuan Branch Office can see the attitudes and behavior, appearance and way of speaking of each employee can also influence the performance of PT employees.
