Abstract

The human element is the most significant of all the components that go into making up an organization, and as a result, it is also the most difficult to govern. This is due to the fact that everyone's ideas and points of view are quite distinct from one another. In the same way, organizational culture enables members of a company to develop positive working relationships among themselves and collaborate in an organizational climate that is beneficial to them and, in turn, to the dynamics of the organization, the organizational structure guides the way people act, providing the formalism and complexity of the process. The purpose of the research proposal is to shed light on how the performance of human resources gives quality to processes and consequently results in actions that encourage companies to be more efficient; it is dependent on the human resource strategy that members of a company are a competitive factor and strengthen the position of the company in the market, in this case MSMEs.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate whether or not there is a connection between how university professors at the Faculty of Economics and Business at the National University lead their classes and their students' academic success. Taking a descriptive and non-experimental method, we conducted a cross-sectional study with a sample size of twelve lecturers. We analyzed our data with the assistance of SPSS utilizing Pearson correlation and the regression coefficient. The findings indicate that there is a statistically significant positive correlation between the laissez-faire leadership style and the mean score that a group of students studying the subject attained (0.647 *), and the regression coefficient is 40.1% below the reliability threshold for 95% of the time. The student who completed the semester course (Design) with the most excellent grade point average correlates with a teacher whose leadership style is a combination of authoritarian, laissez-faire, and transactional approaches (17.8 points).

Abstract

Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengatasi keempatpermasalahan dengan melakukan pemberdayaan UMKM berbasis strowbery melalui pelatihan,pendampingan, dan peningkatan kapasitas usaha. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan iniadalah pelatihan partisipatif dan bantuan teknis kepada pelaku UMKM di Desa WisataLebakmuncang Ciwidey, Bandung, Jawa Barat. Hasil yang divapai dalam kegiatan ini adalahpelatihan partisipatif dan bantuan teknis dapat memberikan dampak positif yang signifikanterhadap komoditas lokal UMKM, khususnya produk strowbery. Terbukti dengan adanya pre danpost-test, menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan manajemen usaha berhasil meningkatkan kemampuanUMKM dalam menganalisis data keuangan, memahami diversifikasi produk strowbery danmemanfaatkan media sosial serta platform marketplace untuk memperkuat jaringan pemasaran.Penguatan kemitraan diperlukan sehingga produk UMKM harus menjadi bagian dari daya tarikpariwisata Desa Lebakmuncang. Hal ini dicapai melalui kerja sama antara pegawai UMKM,pemerintah desa, Dinas Pariwisata, dan pegawai pariwisata setempat.Kata kunci : Desa Wisata, Lebakmuncang, Pengelolaan; Strowbery; UMKM
