Abstract

Kelompok Batik Tapak Dara merupakan kumpulan pengrajin batik khas Semarang berjumlah 20 anggota. Lokasi di kelurahan Meteseh, Kecamatan Tembalang, Kota Semarang. Kegiatan batik Tapak Dara sudah berlangsung 8 tahun, namun demikian belum dapat menghasilkan produk batik yang memiliki khas batik Tapak Dara. Kelemahannya pada desain dan pewarnaan yang tidak menarik, berakibat produk sulit dipasarkan. Metode untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, melakukan pelatihan tentang pewarnaan alam dan pengenalan desain batik agar dapat melakukan diversifikasi dan inovasi produk. Solusi pemasaran dilakukan melalui pelatihan penguasaan pemasaran online. Suatu usaha tidak terlepas dari pengelolaan keuangan dan manajemen usaha. Maka pelatihan Akuntansi sederhana diberikan, agar pengelolaan keuangan sesuai dengan kaidah akuntansi yang berlaku. Pelatihan manajemen usaha antara lain meliputi perencanaan, Strategi bisnis dan teknologi yang digunakan. Selama 3 hari melakukan pelatihan dapat disimpulkan bahwa penguasaan pewarnaan dan desain menjadi lebih baik hal ini terlihat dalam praktek yang dipimpin oleh pelatih, masing masing peserta mencoba mencampur warna sesuai dengan warna yang diinginkan dan berhasil, sedang untuk pelatihan akuntansi, pemasaran dan manajemen usaha, keberhasilan pelatihan tampak karena di akhir pelatihan diadakan simulasi bisnis. Para peserta dapat menerapkan pengelolaan keuangan sederhana sesuai dengan kaidah akuntansi, serta wawasan tentang pengelolaan usaha semakin luas, terutama tentang pentingnya diversifikasi dan inovasi produk.

Abstract

ABSTRAKSaat ini penerapan TQM di PT. Yodya Karya (Persero) masih memiliki sedikit kendala, antara lain masih adanya karyawan yang belum memahami apa yang dimaksud dengan TQM.  Hal sangat disayangkan karena  kesuksesan implementasi penerapan TQM membawa dampak yang baik bagi peningkatan kualitas dan peningkatan komitmen dari para karyawan yang pada akhirnya dapat memicu karyawan untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya. Disisi lain, Kepemimpian adalah salah satu faktor penting untuk keberhasilan penerapan TQM.  Berdasarkan kondisi saat ini yang dihadapi oleh PT. Yodya Karya (Persero) dan dukungan literatur yang ada, maka diperlukan penelitian tentang hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional, penerapan TQM, komitmen organisasi, dan kinerja karyawanReponden penelitian adalah karyawan  PT. Yodya Karya (Persero) Wilayah I di Semarang, sebanyak 117 karyawan. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah SEM (Structural Equation Modeling), yang dioperasikan melalui program AMOS 19.0.Berdasarkan penelitian dapat disimpulkan: Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan penerapan TQM terhadap komitmen organisasi.Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan penerapan TQM terhadap kinerja karyawan. Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawanKata Kunci : Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Penerapan TQM, Komitmen Organisasi, Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACTCurrently the application of TQM in PT. Yodya Karya (Persero) still has a few obstacles, among others, there are still employees who do not understand what is meant by TQM.  This situation is unfortunate because some literature suggests that successful implementation of the application of TQM bring a good impact on improving the quality and increase the commitment of employees could ultimately trigger employees to improve performance. On the other hand, one important factor for the successful implementation of TQM is leadership. Thereby, based on current conditions faced by PT. Yodya Karya (Persero) and literature that says that there is a relationship between transformational leadership, implementation of TQM, organizational commitment, and employee performanceThe respondents  of consisted of 117 employees of  PT. Yodya Karya (Persero) Region I in Semarang. Data analysis tool used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling), which is operated with the AMOS program 19.0.This study concluded: There is a positive and significant effect of transformational leadership and application of TQM on organizational commitment.  There is a positive and significant influence between transformational leadership and application of TQM on employee performance. Abstract

Purpose: Indonesia has many tourist attractions, but not all places are well known, which makes them have no visitors. The objectives of this study are to find out how the condition of attractions in each district/city in the Surakarta Residency and how to increase tourist visits to tourist attractions. Research methodology: The research design is qualitative research. Data are presented in descriptive form, with in-depth and flexible analysis. Sampling by purposeful sampling, the sample chosen depends on the research objectives without regard to the ability of the generalist. The method used is implementing a bundling marketing strategy, which issues product bundling and price bundling in the form of several travel packages. Results: There are two tourist attractions that are already developing and which are still in the form of potential. Travel agents can offer tourist attractions that have developed to tourists by bundling through tour packages. Tourist attractions that are still potential but attractive can be offered as well. So that all tourist attractions will get tourist visits. Limitation: This research was conducted at the Ex-Residency of Surakarta, in Central Java, Indonesia. There are many types of tourist destinations, such as cultural, natural, educational, religious, sport, museum, shopping and culinary heritage tours. So that the bundling is only valid for the area. Contribution: Application of bundling is one way to determine the selling price of a product in this case a tourism product, so that tourism products in the form of tour packages can be sold at attractive prices, which are expected to increase tourist visits. Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to explore strategies for conserving sustainable nature tourism in Semarang City by emphasizing the roles of stakeholder collaboration and digital-based innovation. As a provincial capital, Semarang holds diverse yet under-optimized tourism potential, especially in its natural attractions. Methodology/approach: The research uses a qualitative case study approach focusing on Tinjomoyo Forest and Jatibarang Reservoir. Data were gathered through in-depth interviews with stakeholders, participant observation, and document analysis. Thematic analysis was applied to identify patterns related to collaboration and digital transformation in tourism management. Results/findings: Findings show that collaboration among local governments, MSMEs, and communities has supported improvements in tourism services and promotion. However, the adoption of digital technologies for governance and marketing remains limited. Infrastructure deficits and lack of digital capacity are key barriers Conclusion: Strengthening stakeholder collaboration, enhancing digital literacy, and developing inclusive infrastructure are critical to advancing sustainable tourism in Semarang. A practical development model integrating community empowerment and technology is essential for long-term impact.equipment, reducing reliance on conventional UPS systems. Limitations: This study is limited to two tourism sites and relies solely on qualitative methods, reducing its generalizability. Contribution: This research contributes to the discourse on urban sustainable tourism by offering a replicable model centered on collaboration and digital innovation, particularly applicable to developing cities facing rapid urbanization and environmental challenges.
