Abstract

Sukabumi Station is a Railway Station located in the center of Sukabumi City and it is alternative choice for people who will travel outside the city. The current condition of Sukabumi Station does not have integration facility that supports passengers to transfers easily. Reflect on that problem above, it is important to analyze pedestrian facilities and parking analysis to improve accessibility from and to Sukabumi Station. Based on the result of the analysis calculation, if can be concluded that the width of the sidewalk of 1.6 meters, where the initial condition of the sidewalk width is only 1.2 meters, so the sidewalk width must be widened. The recomended parking space for motorcycle is 61 parking space unit (PSU), slightly improved from the old condition which could 41 PSU load only. While for car, the parking space facing no problem since the parking space allows to 19 PSU where the current needs just 15 PSU. Therefore it is necessary to adjust the parking space capacity so it can meet the ideal condition. As an addition, the recomendation angle used in parking for car are 90° dan 60°.

Abstract

Several pedestrian bridges in DKI Jakarta are considered to be less attractive to pedestrians for various reasons, including the problem of the distance between the long bridges, the condition of the pedestrian bridges often not meeting standards. In terms of safety and comfort, it is still lacking. The purpose of this study is to analyze the feasibility of JPO Karet Sudirman, determine pedestrian characteristics in terms of volume, pedestrian speed and traffic volume, and analyze the service level (LOS) of Sudirman Karet JPO. The data or information used are primary data obtained from direct field surveys and secondary data obtained from the DKI Jakarta Province Bina Marga Office. After data collection, data processing and data analysis were carried out. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis method with processing in Microsoft Excel. To obtain research data, a direct observation / survey method was used at the research location. The research survey deals with physical data collection for pedestrian bridges, surveying the volume of vehicle and pedestrian traffic. The results of the calculation are 60% have met the standards of Pedestrian Bridge Planning Procedures for Urban Pedestrians (1995) and 40% do not meet the standards. The volume of pedestrian crossing at JPO Karet Sudirman for 3 days of observation was 1,218 people with an average of 406 people / day. The speed of pedestrians has the highest average speed in 3 days of observation of 64.18 m / minute. The volume of vehicle traffic on Jalan Jendral Sudirman, South Jakarta is 86,557 smp. Based on the average speed of pedestrians, the service level of Sudirman Karet JPO is in the LOS E category with a percentage of 100%. Based on the pedestrian module, the service level of the Sudirman Karet JPO bridge has the LOS B category with a percentage of 55.56%. While the percentage of 44.44% has the LOS A category. Based on the pedestrian flow, the service level of Sudirman Karet JPO has a LOS A category value with a percentage of 100%.

Abstract

Bogor city is mostly occupied by public transport. Nowadays, the number of routes of public transport routes in Bogor city is 24 routes. However, in the implementation there are mostly routes of public transport that are overlapping. This study is doing because the overlapping of routes of public transport is beyond 50% and it made the load factor in each route become low. The method that I did was collecting data with dynamic survey and static survey for anlalyzing the real condition of public transport routes and other data like interviews, Home Interview, and Road Side Interview for predicting the demand of trips that are processed in VISUM app to get the demand of trips on each road as a basis to make new suggestion routes for public transport. The last step is to analyze and to compare the real routes and the suggestion routes. Both performance of routes and performance of operational. After all of those analyses we only need 14 routes of public transport, so it is expected to increase the load factor of public transport by 70%

Abstract

Boundary road of South Sumatra - Simpang Empat is an access road from South Sumatra Province to Lampung Province or vice versa. Basically, the road has decreased its structural function as it increases with age. Research is needed to identify damage to the road. Aim to find out the consequences of road damage for road users, know the type of damage that occurred and know the design of additional layers of roads (Overlay). This research was conducted on the road section of South Sumatra - Simpang Empat, Lampung. By observing the condition of the damaged road and observing the type of damage and the percentage of damage. Average Daily Traffic Data obtained from the Transportation Office of Way Kanan Regency. Then the data that has been obtained is processed by component analysis methods. Based on the results of research on the type of road damage that occurred on the road section of South Sumatra - Simpang Empat, Lampung is the damage of the release of grains with a percentage of damage of 30%, damage to the hole with a percentage of 38%, damage to the discharge with a percentage of 21% and damage sungkur with a percentage of 11%. Overlays are done to reduce the impact caused by damage to the road. The arrangement of the bending pavement layer is the thickness of the surface layer (D1) 5 cm, the thickness of the foundation layer on the paved pavement (D2) 10 cm and the thick foundation layer of the top grained pavement (D3) 72 cm.

Abstract

Roads are a very important means of land transportation for people to connect one area to another. It also functions and plays a role in improving the regional economy, it is also needed for transportation activities to facilitate the safe and comfortable movement of goods and services. One of the factors is Jalan Kelapa 2 Entrop being the busiest road in Jayapura City because this road is a connecting road for the people of Keerom Regency and Jayapura City. The author conducted research by direct observation to the field and retrieved the data needed to support the research such as intersection geometry conditions, traffic volume, speed and side resistance. The data was then processed and analyzed using the 1997 Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual method. The research was carried out by observing for three days and carried out in the morning, afternoon and evening according to traffic congestion conditions. Based on the calculation results, a solution or alternative is obtained, namely prohibiting the entry and exit of vehicles on the side of the road and imposing a ban on parking on the east side of the road, also obtaining a road capacity value of 1312.84 pcu/hour, DS of 0.76 and FV 28.18 km/ hours, so that the degree of saturation is 0.76, so it still meets the normal limit requirements based on the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual.

Abstract

Taking into account the worsening congestion conditions and the impact on public health and the environment, it is concluded that strategic steps are needed to overcome congestion in Jabodetabek, especially in the Bekasi area. In detail, intersection capacity management aims to reduce traffic conflict points caused by confluence of traffic flows from different intersection legs. If the confluence of these traffic flows and the number of conflict points are not managed properly, it is certain that there will be acute congestion at the intersection. it is necessary to conduct research on "Evaluation of Traffic Performance at the Kranji Intersection in Bekasi City". Some secondary data and the results of obtaining primary data are then compiled and processed, so that information or an initial study will be obtained about the current condition of road traffic volume. In this stage, a synthesis of the data obtained from secondary data and primary surveys will be carried out. The data and information will be used in the context of modeling the performance of the road network sections around the Kranji Intersection, Bekasi City. Based on the evaluation of traffic performance at the Kranji intersection, there was a percentage decrease in the average delay value of vehicles from the existing condition to the planned condition of 72.04%, while the percentage decrease in the value of the average queue of vehicles at the intersection was 62.18%.

Abstract

The Jabodetabek KRL has become the transportation commonly used by commuter users, especially in the Jakarta - Bogor - Depok - Tangerang - Bekasi area and its surroundings. From year to year the KRL fare also continues to change. However, currently the Rp. 3,000 KRL fare is considered sufficient for KRL users and it is proven by the very high public interest in this KRL. Currently, the plan is to build an LRT across the East Bekasi – Dukuh Atas route as another option for transportation, so new fares need to be studied and determined according to the ability and willingness of the community, especially Jabodetabek KRL users. The type of research conducted was quantitative descriptive research with the aim of describing the characteristics of the respondents, the amount of the ATP value, and the magnitude of the WTP value for users of Jabodebek LRT transportation services which was carried out to users of Jabodetabek KRLtransportation services. The data obtained is the result of a survey by distributing question forms to 100 respondents and the existing data collected. As well as processing the data that has been obtained is calculated using the Household budget method regarding the calculation of ATP and WTP. And BOKA is calculated according to the standards on the Jabodetabek KRL. Based on the results of the study, the community's ATP value was Rp. 8,027.00 and the community's WTP was Rp. 7,280.00. The tariff that is used as a reference in the calculation is the tariff formula based on the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia Number PM 64 of 2016 which is IDR 17,353.00. And the ideal rate for operation is taken from the ATP value, which isIDR 8,027.00. If based on the results of the analysis carried out, it is necessary to provide subsidies in the operation of the Jabodebek LRT.

Abstract

Perubahan tata guna lahan pada suatu wilayah akan menimbulkan tarikan dan bangkitan perjalanan baru dimana biasanya akan berpotensi menimbulkan permasalahan pada lalu lintas sekitar. Pembangunan Gudang Kali Malang di Kabupaten Bekasi juga merupakan perubahan tata guna lahan dari lahan kosong menjadi pusat kegiatan berupa Gudang. Dengan demikian, dibutuhkan analisis dampak lalu lintas untuk mengetahui dampak – dampak yang berpotensi muncul dan mempengaruhi sistem jaringan jalan di sekitar lokasi pembangunan. Dalam kajian dilakukan beberapa suvei lalu lintas seperti survei inventarisasi jalan dan simpang, pencacahan lalu lintas di jalan dan simpang, perhitungan bangkitan dan tarikan perjalanan, parkir dll. Semua survei tersebut dilakukan untuk mengukur kinerja jaringan jalan pada lokasi kajian. Metode yang dipakai pada saat analisis yakni mengacu pada Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia, Metode Four Step Model, dan beberapa pedoman terkait perparkiran. Setelah dilakukan analisis dalam berbagai tahapan, disimpulkan bahwa Gudang Kali Malang memberikan dampak lalu lintas pada saat proses konstruksi dan operasional dengan menimbulkan bangkitan perjalanan baru sebesar 44 smp/jam dan tarikan perjalanan baru sebesar 45 smp/jam. Dari hal tersebut kemudian membuat kinerja jaringan jalan di sekitar lokasi mengalami penurunan pelayanan ditandai dengan peningkatan V/C rasio dan kepadatan lalu lintas serta penurunan kecepatan. Untuk mengatasi dampak lalu lintas tersebut mitigasi yang direkomendasikan diantaranya adalah pembuatan desain akses masuk dan keluar, penataan parkir, pemasangan fasilitas perlengkapan jalan dll. Dari hasil analisis, mitigasi tersebut cukup mampu menekan dampak lalu lintas yang ditimbulkan oleh Gudang Kali Malang.

Abstract

Kemacetan lalu lintas sering terjadi di Simpang 3 Bitung di Jl. Raya Serang KM.10Kadu, Kec. Curug, Kabupaten Tangerang, Provinsi Banten, dimana jumlah kendaraanmelebihi kapasitas jalan dan tidak adanya fasilitas pejalan kaki. Persimpangan inimerupakan penghubung lalu lintas bagi pengguna jalan dan pejalan kaki, sehinggapenting untuk menjamin tingkat keselamatan yang tinggi. Survei dilakukan denganmelakukan pengukuran geometrik simpang dan pengambilan data lalu lintasmenggunakan kamera. Waktu pengambilan sampel setiap 15 menit selama 2 jam padapagi, siang, dan malam hari pada jam sibuk dengan cara menghitung jumlahpergerakan belok kanan, belok kiri, dan lurus kendaraan sepeda motor (MC),kendaraan ringan (LV), kendaraan berat (HV), kendaraan tak bermotor (UM) yangkeluar dari masing-masing lengan simpang. Terdapat tiga lengan persimpangan, yangmemerlukan kamera dengan posisi kamera yang menangkap data arus lalu lintas diseluruh persimpangan untuk melakukan survei terbaik. Jika dihitung dengan metodeManual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI), ditemukan tingkat kejenuhan sebesar 1,02yang tidak memenuhi standar MKJI yakni kurang dari 0,75. Pada jam sibuk, volumelalu lintas kendaraan sangat tinggi dan lebar jalan relatif sempit, sehingga arus lalulintas di persimpangan menjadi jenuh. Lalu lintas pada jam sibuk menyebabkanketerlambatan 125,5 detik per kendaraan. Terjadi antrian 301,1 meter yang diakibatkandari tundaan kendaraan pada simpang tersebut
