Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the implementation of the self-questioning and answering test strategy. This self-questioning and answering test strategy is expected to increase students' creativity in the teaching and learning process, so as to improve student economic learning outcomes at SMA Bersama Berastagi, Karo Regency. This research is a classroom action research conducted collaboratively with teachers in the field of study. who acts as an observer, where the researcher acts as a teacher of economics. The object of this research is the students of class XI IS 5 SMA Bersama Berastagi Karo Regency. This research consists of two cycles. The data collected relates to student learning creativity in the form of observation sheets and to see the improvement of student learning outcomes through the provision of tests. The data obtained were processed using percentage analysis and mean score.The results of the research in the first cycle, creativity and economic learning outcomes of students in learning with strategies are in good criteria, creativity which is still low is in the creativity indicator providing input to friends during discussions which has increased quite well. The learning outcomes obtained by the students averaged 69.85, with 20 students who completed from 33 students. In the second cycle, there has been an increase in both creativity and student economic learning outcomes. For students' learning creativity, it can be categorized into good and very good criteria, and for learning outcomes in the second cycle, an average of 81.06 students have been obtained with 28 students who have completed from 33 people who have completed.Based on the results of the study, the authors suggest to teachers and principals to be able to increase creativity and student learning outcomes at SMA Bersama Berastagi by using a self-questioning and answering test strategy combined with the provision of reinforcement and reward as an alternative in learning strategies.Keywords: Self questioning and answering test strategy, Creativity, Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

Abstrak Latar belakang penulisan artikel ini didasari dari rendahnya nilai belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran (mapel) ilmu pengetahuan sosial atau IPS di kelas VIII B MTS Negeri Medan. Tujuan penulisan dalam artikel ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan empat faktor penting dalam proses pembelajaran, yang dimulai dari tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan dan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Metode dalam artikel ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang digunakan adalah salah satu model KEMMIS dan MC Target. Kemudian dibantu menggunakan media audio visual dalam pembelajaran. Objek penelitian berada di MTS Negeri Medan dan yang dijadikan subjek penelitian adalah Siswa kelas VIII B dengan jumlah 30 siswa. Adapun yang diekploitasi pada tahap perencanaan adalah RPP dimulai dari penyusunan dan pembuatan instrumen penelitian sesuai dengan kebutuhan peneliti. Dalam memperoleh dan menganalisis data tentang hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS, peneliti menggunakan tiga siklus. Adapun hasil penelitian diperoleh dengan nilai cukup pada siklus I. Kemudian memiliki peningkatan pada siklus II dengan perolehan data Baik. Pada Siklus III mendapatkan hasil nilai sangat baik. Semuanya terlihat dari nilai KKM yang diatas rata-rata. Sedangkan kendala yang dialami peneliti adalah kesulitan dalam merevisi konten yang ada dalam video, kemudian menyesuaikannnya dengan RPP. Namun kendala tersebut dapat diatasi dengan mengedit dan mencari konten-konten yang terbaru. Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran IPS, Media Audio Visual, Hasil belajar. Audio Visual Media Exploitation in Social Studies Learning at MTs Negeri Medan Abstract The background of writing this article is based on the low value of student learning in social science or social science subjects in class VIII B MTS Negeri Medan. The purpose of writing in this article is to describe four important factors in the learning process, starting from the planning stage, implementation stage and improving student learning outcomes. The method in this article uses classroom action research (CAR. Classroom action research used is one of the KEMMIS and MC Target models. Then it is assisted by using audio-visual media in learning. The object of research is at MTS Negeri Medan and the research subjects are Class VIII students B with a total of 30 students. As for what was exploited at the planning stage, the lesson plan was started from the preparation and manufacture of research instruments according to the needs of the researcher. In obtaining and analyzing data on student learning outcomes in social studies subjects, the researchers used three cycles. The research results were obtained by enough value in cycle I. Then it has an increase in cycle II with good data acquisition. In Cycle III the score is very good. Everything can be seen from the KKM value which is above the average. While the obstacles experienced by researchers are difficulties in revising the content in the video, then suck compare it with RPP. However, these obstacles can be overcome by editing and searching for the latest content. Keywords: Social Studies Learning, Audio Visual Media, Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

Abstract The factual condition illustrates that the condition of the Indonesian people is increasingly critical. This incident was triggered by various unresolved social problems. Social problems are a scourge of shared homework, especially teachers and the community. A multicultural approach integrated with Social Sciences (IPS). Educational learning offers an alternative through the application of diversity-based educational strategies and concepts in the Community. This paper aims to describe theoretically how to integrate multicultural approaches and social studies. So, the portion of multicultural education and social studies is able to equip students with sensitivity in dealing with social symptoms and problems that are rooted in differences. These differences such as ethnicity, race, religion, and values ​​that occur in the community environment for the cultivation of unity. Therefore, this substance and learning model will be able to focus learning on appreciating cultural diversity in the 21st century era. Abstract

Abstract Makkobar or marata-ata is a traditional convention that regulates and provides examples. All elements of the family who are considered as important relatives must indeed be Makkobar. In this case, the community believes that the sacredness contained in the Makkobar Tradition is by acting as a bridge and a requirement for people who have a marriage intention. This paper uses Symbolic Interaction Theory. This research was conducted in Batang Baruhar Julu Village, North Padang Lawas Regency. The research informants were traditional elders, village heads and brides, totaling 32 couples. This research was conducted for approximately 2 months, starting from December 3 to January 28. All approaches taken by researchers are descriptive (qualitative) structured from observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study illustrate that the combination of traditions that exist in the Makkobar Tradition gives meaning to symbols or objects as text requirements in carrying out kemanten. While Makkobar has three meanings, including; The Value of Effective Communication, the Values of Islamic Teachings and forming a Sakinah Mawaddah Wa Rahmah Family and communicative actions in Makkobar. In View of Social Reconstruction Makkobar Tradition has Philosophical values, stability of social status, and understanding of Islamic Law. However, seeing as time goes by there has been a shift from time to time, both from the agreement process to the event procession. First, the mention of the honest amount. TRADISI MAKKOBAR PADA PERNIKAHAN DI BATANG BARUHAR JAE PERSFEKTIF REKONTRUKSI SOSIAL Abstrak Makkobar atau marata-ata merupakan konvensi traditif yang mengatur dan memberikan keteladanan. Semua unsur keluarga yang dianggap sebagai kerabat penting memang harus Makkobar. Dalam hal ini masyarakat masyarakat meyakini bahwa sakralitas yang terdapat dalam Tradisi Makkobar adalah dengan cara sebagai jembatan dan syarat masyarakat yang mempunyai hajat perkawinan. Tulisan ini menggunakan Teori Interaksi Simbolik. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Batang Baruhar Julu, Kabupaten Padang Lawas Utara. Informan penelitian merupakan para tetuah adat, Kepala Desa dan para pengantin yang berjumlah 32 Pasangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama kurang lebih 2 Bulan, yang dimulai pada tanggal 03 Desember hingga 28 Januari. Semua pendekatan yang dilakukan peneliti yaitu bersifat deskriptif (Kualitatif) yang terstruktur dari observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil Penelitian memberikan gambaran bahwa Perpaduan tradisi yang ada dalam Tradisi Makkobar memberikan makna terhadap simbol atau benda sebagai teks syarat dalam melakukan kemanten. Sedangkan Makkobar memiliki tiga makna, diantaranya; Nilai Komunikasi Efektif, Nilai-Nilai Ajaran Islam dan membentuk Keluarga Sakinah Mawaddah Wa Rahmah serta tindak komunikatif dalam Makkobar. Pada Pandangan Rekontruksi Sosial Tradisi Makkobar memiliki nilai-nilai Filosofis, stabilitas status sosial, dan memahami Hukum Islam. Namun melihat seiring berjalannya waktu terjadi pergeseran dari masa ke masa, baik dari proses kesepakatan sampai prosesi acaranya. Pertama, Penyebutan jumlah jujuran. Kedua, Proses kesepakatan. Ketiga, Pihak yang melakukan tradisi.Kata Kata Kunci : Barat dan Islam, Ontologi, Epistemologi, Aksiologi Sains.
