Abstract

This explaination explain why a voter can emphasize his choice for political party or contestan. For this, of course there are factors that can affect the decision of voter for where is the party who is elected. The focus centre to this explaining is for voter behavior approach to explorate the phenom-ena of women voter behavior and to analyze so able to answer and the factor who influence women for making decision to elect. This study use data that is collection by questionare result and be com-pleted by documentation data. Anda from the researching result show that women voter to make her choice is more be affected by her nearest people (husband, parent, sister, brother) or domestic influ-ence. However, the average of women education is good enough, in gact there is no significant in-fluence to women independentity. If we looking from behavior voter approach, the reason why make a choice to political party or special contestan is becaused by sosiology reason.Keywords: Behavior voter, political participacy, behavior approach.

Abstract

The story of labor movement in Indonesia is an interesting event in the 1950's and early 1960's. At that time there were hundreds of labor organizations and dozens of labor union federation. This study aimed to discuss the history of the labor movement in Indonesia through 1945-1965. The study found that in the 1950's the conflict of the labor movement has always happened. This happens because the workers become members of political parties. But in the 1960's the con-flict has ended. This phenomenon is influenced by five things: (1).Workers are placed in the Company's Board; (2). Most of the workers directly under the control of the Army, espe-cially those belonging to the BKS-BUMIL; (3).The companies are controlled directly and under the supervision of military; (4).The weakening of political parties which was originally a shelter of labor unions; (5). Labor included in the Parliament (Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Gotong Royong/DPR GR).Keywords: Labor movement, political conflict, political parties.

Abstract

The General Election in 2009 has been completed in Indonesia, included in Langkat Regency. There is an interesting phenomenon of the conduct of these elections. This study uses political behavioral approach and institusional. This study aimed to look at the votes of political parties in the years 1999-2009. Then, describe the phenomenon of people's choice in the legislative elections in Langkat. The results show that in election years 1999, 2004 and 2009, always going changes in the direction of votes of voters. If in the year 1999 the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDIP) is winning, the most votes in 2004 were replaced by the Golkar Party (Partai Golkar). Next General Election (2009) in the Langkat Regency show the emergence of the Democratic Party (Partai Demokrat) as the party most votes miners. These results indicate that voter’s choices at Langkat Regency are difficult to conjecture. So that it can be said the election results in Langkat follow the election result in national stage.Keywords: General elections, Political parties, Direction of vote.

Abstract

The representation of women is one of the most highlighted in the general elections in Indonesia in the last period.This is because the representation of women in the legislature is very minimal. This study describe female behavior in determining political choices in the legislative election in 2014. Especially at dapil 2 (electoral district) in the Kota Medan.  The findings of the study is there are three approaches that can see and analyze how the behavior of voters (women) determine the political choices in elections. First, sociological approach; Second, a psychological approach; Thirdly, the approach of rational voters.Female voter behavior influenced the figures and the track record of candidates,there is a tendency to choose the incumbent candidates, independently, saw the vision, mission, or the track record of candidates. The study used the approach to political ideology. This study method is descriptive. Collecting data with depth interview. Analysis of data using qualitative analysis.
