Abstract

Attitude is the soul from Islamic education, For the purpose of Islamic education is to educate people that having a generous attitude. Attitude is established through formal education in the learning process. So that a teacher is expected to deliver it to be maximized in any learning. The results showed that the technique prasurvei motivation and methods of learning had taken but there is an obligation on bad students.Through technical innovation is given by a tutor and methods of learning attitude optimally expected students could be achieved in full. Thus the purpose of learning for good. The study aimed to identify the technique teacher motivation for students, attitude the learning methods he continued to influence on this fact attitude as well as teacher motivation techniques and methods of learning attitude. Including the design of this research. quantitative research using multiple. the regression equation is linearPopulation in this study were those coming Madrasah Tsanawiyah Ma’arif Roudlotut Tholibin Purwosari south metro With the number of 136. The sampling technique uses proportional strataied sampling technique. With a sample of 29 students. Data collection in the study using questionnaire and documentation instruments. Based on the results of the data analysis, it was found that there was a significant influence of the teacher's motivation technique on student morals by 80.7% with a linear regression equation Y = 7,866+0,957 X1, the influence of learning methods on student morals is 71.1% with linear regression equations Ŷ= 5,861 + 0,958 X2, and the joint influence between motivation techniques and learning methods on student morals is 79.7% with linear regression equations  Ŷ= 6,059 + 0,804(X1)+ 0,179(X2). This means that students will be better to minimize the moral motivation techniques conducted by teachers through the learning process carried out very good, so are. learning methods Moral students would be better off if the learning methods he continued. implemented and properly applied

Abstract

The obligation to provide for it is the duty of a husband, but the husband's obligation in reality now borne also by a wife when the husband is not able to provide for the family. A wife chose the path to become migrant workers, which is considered to be able to solve problems of economic problems in the family when the limitations of a husband in meeting the needs of the household. Wife be a shift in the role of migrant workers here between husband and wife as seen from the conditional functional and very clear as happened in East Lampung district, when the wife as the family breadwinner what factors are background wife doing it, and how it impacts the survival household when the wife as the family breadwinner and how Islamic legal review of the wife who become migrant workers. This research is a field research or field research, the research done in the East Lampung Regency. The method used in this research is a case study. Resourch collection techniques in this study is the interviews with informants government officials, religious leaders, members of the families of migrant workers to know the number of migrant workers and the maids how the maid’s family life is family life, including the factors wife become migrant workers. Literature study conducted by studying books and books that relate to a living and about migrant workers to know the problems studied. This study is a descriptive analysis, problem-solving process by describing the problem through the collection of the preparation, analysis, and then described the results of the study showed that there are two factors behind the wife as the family breadwinner to become migrant workers, namely the impact of positive and negative impacts. The positive impact is the requirement for the fulfillment of family life education of children, the fulfillment of decent shelter and also finiset affairs of debts, while the negative impact that a child has a poor attitude, the husband is not responsible for the misuse of remittances and improper management

Abstract

The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has caused a decrease in the quality of education which has an impact on educational output and outcomes. Strategies and policies at the micro, meso, and macro levels are needed to improve the quality and performance of the education ecosystem in schools. Therefore National policies are important so that they become a common concern in responding to the declining quality of education in the new normal life with strategic regulations and policies that can form quality outputs that are met by stakeholders.Education is an asset of a nation, therefore special attention is needed in efforts to improve the quality of education. The government as the party that plays the most role in the world of education should always strive to continuously improve the quality of education in Indonesia with breakthroughs or new programs.Quality assurance can be applied in education (schools), where the school seems to be a separate system of context, input, process, output, outcome (short term impact and long term impact), where the focus of quality assurance lies on the input. The targets of quality assurance activities in the education sector are the stages:input, process, outcome, and impact.
