Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menyelesaikan masalah fisika melalui strategi pembelajaran aktif siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sinjai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah  penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research), yang dilaksanakan sebanyak dua siklus yang masing-masing berlangsung 3 kali pertemuan dan 4 kali pertemuan, dengan materi  Tekanan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sinjai Kabupaten Sinjai sebanyak 30 siswa. Indikator yang digunakan Nilai Kemampuan Menyelesaikan Masalah Fisika dalam kategori baik yang diperoleh dari hasil tes setiap akhir siklus, mengalami peningkatan hingga mencapai atau melampaui KKM, yaitu  N≥72 dan ketuntasan klaksikal tercapai jika minimal 65% mencapai N≥72. Hasil  penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: strategi pembelajaran aktif dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menyelesaikan masalah fisika, pada siklus I ketuntasan secara klaksikal diperoleh  60,00% dan meningkat menjadi 83,33% pada siklus II.Kata kunci: Strategi Pembelajaran Aktif, Masalah Fisika.This study aims to improve the ability to solve physics problems through active learning strategies of students in grade VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sinjai. This type of research is a classroom action research, conducted in two cycles, each of which lasted 3 meetings and 4 meetings, with Pressure material. The subjects of this study are students of class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sinjai Sinjai District as many as 30 students. Indicators used Ability to solve Physical Problems in good category obtained from test results at each end of the cycle, increased up to or exceeded KKM, ie N≥72 and climax completeness if at least 65% reached N≥72. The results showed that: active learning strategy can improve the ability to solve physics problems, the cycle I completeness klaksikal obtained 60.00% and increased to 83.33% in cycle II.Keywords: Active Learning Strategy, Physical Problem

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy and competence on service quality with organizational culture as a moderating variable. This type of research is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The population of this research is all employees at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Makassar Somba Opu Branch has 100 employees. Determination of the sample using the total sampling method in which the entire population is used as a sample. So that the sample of this study is 100. The hypothesis testing in this study uses the SmartPLS 3 application. The results of this study indicate that self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on service quality, competence has a positive and significant effect on service quality, organizational culture is unable to moderate the influence between self-efficacy on service quality, and organizational culture strengthens the influence of competence on service quality.
