Abstract

There are two factors that influence purchasing decisions. These factors include internal factors and external factors. Internal factors include perceptions, attitudes, lifestyle and personality, while external factors include culture, social, reference and family. Product factors, economic factors, psychological factors, and sociological factors that generally determine a person's behavior. A number of experts stated the magnitude of the influence of the above factors on consumer behavior, social class factors, family, style, life, personality, self-ability, perception, and learning, which are consumer attitudes in making purchases. To understand consumer behavior, business people will be able to understand what needs consumers want, which can then be used to follow up in making the right marketing decisions, or to find out whether or not there are new opportunities that come from not being fulfilled a need. The need to understand consumer behavior is based on the factors that influence the consumer's decision-making process to buy a product. Meanwhile, consumer decisions are influenced by various factors, one of which is internal factors and external factors. Internal factors (X1) affect the purchase decision for boran rice in Lamongan. Then the purchase decision will increase further, this shows that hypothesis 1 is accepted. External factors (X2) affect the purchase decision for boran rice in Lamongan. Then the decision to buy boran rice will increase further, this shows that hypothesis 2 is accepted. It can be concluded that internal and external factors have an influence on purchasing decisions for boran rice, but internal factors have the most dominant influence on purchasing decisions for boran rice in Lamongan. This shows that hypothesis three is accepted.

Abstract

Today the industry is growing and developing rapidly in various places. The purpose of establishing these industries is inseparable from the objectives to be achieved by the company. These objectives include to obtain large profits with minimal production costs. The "Jayabrix Indonesia" Lightweight BrickCompany in Paciran Lamongan is one of the national private companies engaged in the production of several Lightweight Brick.For this company to achieve the above goals and maintain consumer confidence is not an easy thing. The existence of very tight market competition will force the company to be able to implement a good strategy in an effort to achieve the above goals. From observations, interviews, and joint observations with employees of the Lightweight Brick company "Jayabix" in Lamongan, the authors found a problem where the main cause of low employee performance is because they are less capable and less able and less skilled at work so the way they work is less effective and not efficient which ultimately affects the productivity of the company. This is what the writer will try to improve employee work performance so that the productivity of the company goes well, one of them is by using research methods. After carrying out data analysis, it can be seen that the correlation coefficient (r) is 0.708 and the determination coefficient is 50,3%, meaning that training has an important role in employee performance, then after the hypothesis testing is known, t count itung t table is 9,214 > 2,358. shows a strong role between training and employee performance.

Abstract

In organizations or human resources, companies are assets that are considered very potential and important. One that makes employees comfortable is the physical and non-physical environment. From this problem can increase productivity. Human resources in this case employees or employees of organizations or companies should not be underestimated. Organizations or companies must provide a special section that is tasked with handling problems relating to employees, that part is called human resource management (HR) or more commonly called the personnel section. Personnel in this case are human resource managers. The manager's scope includes learning and developing ways for employees to effectively devote all their potential and strengths to help achieve the goals of the organization or company. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach and this study has a population of 260 respondents and a sample of 80 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed through validity test, reliability test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing with T test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). This study has physical work environment variables (X1), coloring indicators, cleanliness, lighting, air, spatial planning, and non-physical work environment variables (X2) indicators are supervision, work atmosphere, reward system, good treatment, security of members, and employee productivity variables (Y) the indicators are human, capital, production process, organizational environment, work environment. From the results of the regression analysis it is known that the greatest influence on employee productivity is the non-physical work environment (X2) which has a coefficient of 0.698. Then the next variable is the physical work environment (X1) with a coefficient of 0.203. Hypothesis testing Then from the results of the T test showed that the two independent variables proved to have a significant effect on employee work productivity. In addition, the adjusted R square determination coefficient test of 0.689 shows that 68.9% of variation in employee productivity can be explained by two independent variables in the regression equation. While the remaining 31.1% is explained by other variables beyond the two variables used in this study.

Abstract

The process of planning and project control during the execution of the construction project work is an important part of the project. Because time is limited by the project management work schedules are determined so that the leaders involved in the project should be able to anticipate changes in conditions. The failure of a project can be caused by poor planning and control are less effective, so that the project activity is not efficient. Doing so may result in delay time, declining quality, and the rising cost of implementation. Conversely, careful planning and effective control will bring the project to success.Critical path method (CPM) is one option that is right for project management to control the project completion time effective and efficient. In order to reduce the impact of delays and cost overruns of the project budget can be done with three alternative acceleration process control; (I) Addition of labor, (ii) Overtime, (iii) Subcontract. Acceleration duration is done on the works is in the critical path.

Abstract

ABSTRACT In the current era of globalization, almost all companies follow business competition that needs to be tight this is done for competitive competition, this is where the role of human resources will compete for quality and performance capacity to find out otherwise or vice versa. Research conducted to understand leadership style, work discipline and the environment on the performance of employees at PT. Sunan Drajat Lamongan. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study is the company PT. Sunan Drajat Lamongan with 50 respondents. This research data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) leadership style had a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Sunan Drajat Lamongan. (2) Significant work discipline on employee performance at PT. Sunan Drajat Lamongan. (3) The work environment is significant on the performance of employees at PT. Sunan Drajat Lamongan. (4) simultaneously leadership style, work discipline and work environment significantly influence employee performance at PT. Sunan Drajat Lamongan.
