Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor kelas sosial, faktor keluarga, Faktor gaya hidup dan faktor kelompok acuan terhadap keputusan menggunakan smartphone. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Manajemen Universitas Muhammadiyah Luwuk, Penarikan sampel secara purposive sampling dan diperoleh 50 sampel. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan statistik parametrik regresi linear berganda melalui program SPSS versi 20.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kelas sosial, keluarga, gaya hidup dan kelompok acuan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam menggunakan smartphone. Sedangkan variabel yang dominan berpengaruh adalah variabel gaya hidup ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social class factors, family factors, lifestyle factors and reference group factors on decisions using smartphones. the population in this study were all students of Management University of Muhammadiyah Luwuk. Sampling was taken by purposive sampling and 50 samples were obtained. Data collected through questionnaires, data were analyzed descriptively and parametric statistics of multiple linear regression through the SPSS program version 20.0. The results showed that the variables of social class, family, lifestyle and reference groups had a positive and significant effect on consumer decisions in using smartphones.
