Abstract

Technology has brought changes in all aspects of education where almost various problems of education cannot be separated from the existence of technology. The use of technology in madrasas is not a stranger in the era of globalization as it is today. The flow of technological development will move faster, this requires the madrasa to be able to adapt to the development of these technologies if they do not want to be abandoned by their customers. Some uses of information technology in the education process that can be applied in madrasas include; management information system, e-learning in learning, the use of information technology as a learning medium, for life skills education of students. Some of the main components of information and communication technology-based madrasas consist of at least: content and curriculum, learning processes, facilities and infrastructure in madrasas, competency of human resources in madrasas, madrasa administration systems. There are several steps in the development of information and communication technology including; set up computer laboratories, provide Free Wifi services, establish cooperation with relevant parties such as technology-based universities and the ministry of communication and information, establish madrasa technology workshops.

Abstract

Anggaran Dana BOS merupakan program pemerintah yang diberikan kepada satuan pendidikan atas dasar pengurangan biaya pendidikan non-personal kepada peserta didik yang tidak mampu, agar meringankan peserta didik serta melaksanakan program wajib belajar dan perluasan akses dalam upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan, karena hampir semua biaya kegiatan yang telah diprogramkan dapat memanfaatkan Anggaran Dana BOS tersebut. Program Anggaran Dana BOS bertujuan untuk mengurangi beban masyarakat dalam pembiayaan pendidikan dalam rangka Program Wajib Belajar 9 Tahun yang Bermutu .Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengelolaan dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) di SD Negeri 01 Muara Pawan Kabupaten Ketapang termasuk perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengawasan dan evaluasi, serta pelaporan program BOS.  Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Lokasi penelitian adalah MI Al Huda Kedunglo yang terletak di jalan Dr.Soetomo Kedunglo Cengkok Kecamatan Ngronggot Kabupaten Nganjuk. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah  kepala sekolah, bendahara BOS, komite sekolah, dan orang tua siswa miskin. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui 3 alur kegiatan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data.Hasil analisis data diperoleh simpulan bahwa pengelolaan dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) di MI Al Huda Kedunglo  telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan mekanisme yang tertuang di dalam buku panduan BOS yang meliputi unsur perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengawasan dan evaluasi, serta pelaporan dana BOS.

Abstract

Fostering the quality and professionalism of teachers is the responsibility and obligation of the madrasah principal (supervisor) as madrasah leader. Therefore, there is a lot of work that must be done by the head of madrasah in developing teacher competence, including the head of madrasah should supervise teachers by monitoring and evaluating teacher performance so that educational goals can be met according to what is planned. The function of the head of madrasah as supervisor is very important considering that the head of the madrasah is fully responsible for the quality of madrasah learning.This research is a type of qualitative field research research. The type of research used is a case study, which is a research conducted intensively, in detail and in depth on a particular organization, institution or phenomenon. In this study, researchers conducted research at MI Miftahul Huda, having its address at Tulungagung Regency, East Java. To obtain the required data, several methods were used, namely; interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis stages in this study are as follows: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.Based on the data obtained from observations, interviews and documentation, the researcher suggests several research results, namely; 1) The implementation of academic supervision at MI Miftahul Huda related to professional and pedagogical competence of teachers by the head of the madrasah is by cross-checking in the field and by regularly checking the learning tools of all teachers at the beginning of the year, such as lesson plans, syllabus, annual programs, semester programs, etc. 2) As for social competence, the head of the madrasah delivers to teachers in meetings and daily interactions in order to respect parents and guardians of students, all criticism of suggestions is accommodated and acted upon, maintaining good Javanese interaction. 3) And for the personality competence of the principal of the madrasah stick the teacher's code of ethics in the form of a banner in the teacher's room. 4)Academic supervision used at MI Miftahul Huda is a clinical supervision model.
