Abstract

Secara teoritis penelitian ini akan memberikan sumbangan pemikiran terutama tentang konsep-konsep yangberkenaan dengan proses pembelajaran Statika Struktur pada mahasiswa Fakultas Teknik Universitas Muhammadiyah Pontianak. Keutamaannya yaitu mencapai tujuan pendidikan, Peningkatan kualitas prosesbelajar mengajar pada mata kuliah Statika Struktur semester II dan Peningkatan pemahaman mahasiswasemester II terhadap mata kuliah Statika Struktur. Dalam mata kuliah Statika Struktur, banyak yang  harusdipahami oleh mahasiswa sehingga sebagian dari mereka mengalami kesuliatan untuk mencernapembelajaran saat proses belajar mengajar. Sehingga peneliti tertarik untuk menganalisa proses belajarmengajar mata kuliah statika yang berlangsung di Universitas Muhammadiyah Pontianak. Pada penelitianini, peneliti telah mengkaji proses belajar mengajar mata kuliah statika. Dalam penelitian ini, desainpeneliti yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif untuk menganalisis penelitian. Populasi dari penelitian iniadalah mahasiswa Fakultas Teknik Mesin Universitas Muhammadiyah Pontianak tahun 2014/2015. Sampelyang di ambil adalah mahasiswa semester II. Terdapat 2 kelas untuk mahasiswa semester II Fakultas TeknikMesin. Yaitu 1 kelas pagi dan 1 kelas malam. Masing-masing kelas berjumlah  34 orang. Metode yangdigunakan yaitu dengan data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dengan obeservasi danwawancara. Sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dengan adanya dokumentasi dan materi tentang statikastruktur. Peneliti menyimpulkan secara umum proses pembelajaran Statika Struktur pada Semester IIFakultas Teknik Mesin di Universitas Muhammadiyah Pontianak secara teknis sudah diterapkan. Secarakhusus kesimpulan ini ditunjukan dari data hasil observasi dan wawancara dengan dukungan Perencanaanpembelajaran dan evaluasi pembelajaran yang sudah sesuaiIn accordance with the theoretical, this research hand over the consideration of concepts which related to Statika Struktur learning process to the students of Teknik Faculty, Muhammadiyah Pontianak University.Especially, to reach the aim of education, to increase a quality of teaching learning process to StatikaStruktur’s class for students semester II and also to increase their understanding. On Statika Struktur’s class,there are so many lessons that the student should understand so it make half of them have difficulties toingest the lessons when teaching learning on the process. It make the researcher interesting to analyze theprocess of teaching learning on Statika Struktur’s class at Muhammadiyah Pontianak University. Theresearcher has been done investigated the process of Statika Struktur’s class.  The D esign of thisresearch by using descriptive design to analyze the study. The population of this research are students ofTeknik Faculty Muhammadiyah Pontianak University on 2014/2015 years. The sample are the studentssemester II. It has 2 classes students semester II. There are morning class and night class. Each class consistof 34 students. The method that applied by researcher is by using primary data and secondary data. Primarydata were gain by observation and interview. Meanwhile, secondary data were gain by documentation andStatika Struktur material about. The researcher conclude that the process of Statika Struktur Learning toStudents Semester II Teknik Mesin Faculty at Muhammadiyah Pontianak University in a manner was applied. Especially the conclusion indicated by the result of observation and interview with support fromlearning plan and learning evaluation that has been suited.

Abstract

Local economic development in rural areas is significantly influenced by the performance of the agricultural sector, particularly the rice subsector. Various studies have shown that land productivity, the application of agricultural technology, and government policy support are key factors in driving agriculture-based local economic growth. This article aims to analyze the influence of these three factors on local economic development through a literature review and policy analysis approach. The methods used were a literature review of national and international journal articles published between 2018 and 2025 and a review of national and regional agricultural policy documents. The study results indicate that increasing land productivity directly contributes to increased farmer income and local economic activity. The application of agricultural technology has been shown to increase production efficiency and yield stability, while government policy acts as a facilitator in accelerating technology adoption and maintaining the sustainability of farming businesses. However, the weak integration between productivity, technology, and policy has resulted in the rice sector's contribution to the local economy being suboptimal. This article emphasizes the importance of synergy between agricultural policies and innovation as a foundation for sustainable local economic development.
