Abstract

Dalam era modern ini, pentingnya membentuk etika pergaulan siswa menjadi fokus utama dalam pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji keefektifan layanan bimbingan klasikal dalam membentuk etika pergaulan siswa di MTSM Lawang Tigo Balai. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya pemahaman siswa tentang pentingnya etika dalam berkomunikasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana layanan bimbingan klasikal dapat memberikan dampak positif terhadap perubahan perilaku siswa dalam berkomunikasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, melibatkan wawancara mendalam dengan siswa, guru, dan orang tua, serta observasi langsung terhadap interaksi siswa di lingkungan sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan bimbingan klasikal memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam membentuk etika pergaulan siswa. Guru bimbingan dan konseling berperan sebagai fasilitator yang membantu siswa mengenali dan mengatasi tantangan dalam berkomunikasi. Adanya ruang untuk berdiskusi dan berbagi pengalaman juga memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap perubahan sikap siswa.

Abstract

Dalam lingkungan panti asuhan, pengembangan rasa kepercayaan diri anak menjadi aspek krusial untuk membentuk masa depan yang lebih baik. Artikel ini mengeksplorasi upaya konkret yang dilakukan di Panti Asuhan Muhammadiyah Aisyiyah Cabang Matur dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri anak-anak. Melalui pendekatan yang melibatkan pengasuh sebagai mentor dan lingkungan yang mendukung, artikel ini menguraikan langkah-langkah yang diambil untuk menciptakan ruang di mana anak-anak dapat tumbuh dan berkembang secara positif. Permainan, diskusi, dan pengakuan terhadap pencapaian kecil menjadi bagian integral dari strategi ini. Selain itu, artikel ini menyoroti peran teladan pengasuh dan memberikan gambaran tentang bagaimana melibatkan anak-anak dalam proses pengambilan keputusan dapat memperkuat kepercayaan diri mereka. Ini bukan hanya tentang komunikasi efektif, tetapi juga tentang memberdayakan anak-anak menjadi individu yang mandiri dan bertanggung jawab

Abstract

This research is entitled a case study about a student who bullied a friend in his class at school. Counselees who often bully their classmates feel that this is not a good thing to do. Generally, the problem in this research is how to help clients change their behavior and make clients aware that their actions are not correct. The approach used in this research is qualitative using descriptive methods and the form of research is a case study. In this research, individual counseling was carried out to help solve the client's problems by changing the client's thinking pattern from an irrational one to a rational one using the behavioral counseling approach model.

Abstract

This research is entitled a case study about students who feel lazy in studying, which makes the counselee not have the motivation to study and often delays going to school. Counselees who often delay going to school, causing the counselee to come to school late, are caused by the counselee often feeling lazy about going to school. Generally, the problem in this research is how to help counselees who feel lazy about studying in class XI.F4 at SMA N 5 Bukittinggi. While the aim is to obtain an objective picture of the characteristics, causal factors, and appropriate alternative assistance to be used to overcome this problem. The problem of counselees who find it difficult to carry out academic procrastination behavior in class XI. F4 SMA Negeri 5 Bukittinggi with MAR counselors. The approach used in this research is qualitative using descriptive methods and the form of research is a case study. In this research, individual counseling was carried out to help solve the client's problems by changing the client's thinking pattern from an irrational one to a rational one using the behavioral counseling approach model.

Abstract

The background of this research is the discovery of self-confidence problems in children at the Panti Asuhan Aur Pakan Kamis, which are characterized by a sense of shame in expressing opinions and appearing in public. This study aims to determine the efforts to increase the self-confidence of children at the Panti Asuhan Aur Pakan Kamis. This research is a qualitative research using a phenomenological approach. Collecting data in this study is through observation. The results showed that many children at the Panti Asuhan Aur Pakan Kamis had less than optimal self-confidence, so self-development was needed through one of the guidance and counseling services.

Abstract

This research is entitled efforts to increase feelings of inferiority through individual counseling in the Mendeh Kanduang orphanage where clients who have symptoms that appear to lack self-confidence, tend to close themselves off and withdraw from the environment both in the school environment and in the family environment in the orphanage, as well as Excessive worry is motivated by a lack of love from parents, making the counselee afraid of not getting love from their parents or those around them. Therefore, counselors provide assistance to clients who are affected by feelings of inferiority. The aim of this research is to find out how counselors try to overcome feelings of inferiority, namely through individual counseling services. Individual counseling is carried out in order to find out the problems that occur in the counselee. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, to describe the counselor's efforts to overcome feelings of inferiority through individual counseling. This research uses data collection techniques through interviews and documentation obtained from the counselees, orphanage mothers and friends of the counselees in the orphanage.
