Abstract

Multi dimensional crisis in 1988 was one of the factors which made the community were very vulnerable and fragile as well asnumerous legal irregularities and criminal acts that result invarious losses which could threaten the continuity in the life of nation andstate. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the problem of crime and increase public awareness and responsibility to participate increating a safe, calm and peaceful. The method is based on library data and observations in the community. The conclusion that itneed to be addressed by involving all citizens of both repressive and preventive, so as to promote the smooth development and thecreation of national well-being of society.

Abstract

Retirement is new phase in life when employees have no work any longer for many reasons but most likely because they finishedtheir jobs untill they reach pension ages. The objective of this article is to discuss the retirement phase which can be prepared beforein order to avoid the misserable things.happen during the time. The method used library research and analized descriptively. It isconcluded that people need to have preparation for entering the retirement phase properly in their own ways economically, mentallyand phisically in order to avoid the phychologic effects, like post power syndrome.

Abstract

A mass fighting amongst students often happens lately is very troubling and need to be solve gradually and thoroughly. The purpose of this paper is to discuss: (1) the causes and effects of a brawl, (2) education and teaching roles in forming the behavior of students in order to cope with a brawl. The methods used is library studies with descriptive, exploratory approach. It can be concluded that: (1) a brawl may occur due to less of one's personality both because of internal and external factors. A brawl harms not only for the students themselves, but also families and society in general, because it resulted in both in the form of material loss or casualties. (2) the role of moral education at home and school early is crucial to form the personality of the students. It is expected that it may resolve the problem and reduce the losses as well as creating a conducive situation in supporting the smooth national development. It takes an entire society participation in addressing the problem of a brawl, according to the capacity of the respective functions with more emphasis to preventively than of a repressively action.
