Abstract

Forests have many benefits for human life and the environment. Forests are also a place to live for various species of plants and animals. Forest management in Indonesia has been regulated in legal regulations such as the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia up to statutory regulations. However, in reality there are still activities that lead to forest destruction. This study aims to examine the legal regulations in Indonesia in regulating forest management, the reality that occurs, and efforts to preserve Indonesia's forests. The type of research used by the author is normative legal research which aims to examine the legal aspects related to legal arrangements in Indonesia in regulating forest management. Forest and environmental management have been regulated in legal regulations. Both in the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia to other laws and regulations. The existence of this legal arrangement is an effort to maintain and improve order and ensure legal certainty. Because the impact of this deforestation causes the loss of tropical rain forest cover which is a habitat for animals and plants.

Abstract

The problem of inequality related to wages for workers in a society that we often encounter must be resolved. So, this study aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of the Labor Law on wages of Small and Medium Enterprises workers in the culinary sector in Batam, as well as to see the obstacles that occur in the implementation of wages of Small and Medium Enterprises workers in the culinary sector of Batam City. This reserach is empirical research that is based on events that have occurred in the field regarding the application of the law through a series of observations, interviews with competent government officials, small and medium enterprises in the culinary sector. This research shows that the wages received by most of the Small and Medium Enterprises workers in the culinary sector in Batam City are not feasible, such as the absence of a work agreement as mandated by the Labor Law. This can occur because the Manpower Law does not explicitly accommodate the interests of Small and Medium Enterprises workers in the culinary sector, then the government's lack of awareness in preparing skilled workers, and the low quality of education of workers.

Abstract

AbstrakIndonesia merupakan salah satu negara dengan keanekagraman baik komponen di dalamnya maupun antar individu masyarakatnya. Suatu individu mempunyai sudut pandang masing-masing terkait negaranya. Sudut pandang tersebut terbagi sesuai dengan keanekaragaman pola pikir masyarakat Indonesia. Masyarakat Indonesia sering berseteru akibat pola pikir yang berbeda oleh salah satu individu. Perseteruan ini diperparah dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi digital yang berada lingkungan masyarakat Indonesia. Mereka sering memanfaatkan teknologi sebagai media beradu mulut hingga menyudutkan salah satu individu diantara mereka. Kasus ini akan mempengaruhi kondisi kestabilan negara dan nama baik Indonesia di kancah Internasional. Masyarakat tidak dapat menghindari pernyataan ini karena masyarakat justru berseteru di media sosial yang berujung pada kasus perundungan siber. Masyarakat dapat mencegah dengan wawasan nusantara. Ragam pola berpikir dan cara memandang negara Indonesia tersebut akan menyatukan keberagaman pola pikir masyarakat Indonesia.Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan, Perundungan Siber, Wawasan Nusantara AbstractIndonesia is one of the countries with a diversity of both components in it and between individual communities. Each individual has their point of view regarding their country. These points of view are divided according to the diversity of mindsets of the Indonesian people. Indonesian people often fight due to a different mindsets by one individual. This feud is exacerbated by the development of digital technology within the Indonesian community. They often use technology to argue about cornering one individual among them. This case will affect the stability of the country and Indonesia's good name in the international arena. The public cannot avoid this statement because the community is fighting on social media, which leads to cases of cyberbullying. The community can prevent it with archipelago insight. The variety of thinking patterns and ways of looking at the Indonesian state will unite the diversity of mindsets of the Indonesian people..Keywords: Citizenship Education, Cyber Bullying, Archipelago Insight

Abstract

AbstractCurrently, the transmission of the COVID-19 pandemic virus in Indonesia is part of the 2019 coronavirus disease pandemic (COVID-19) that is ongoing worldwide. This disease is caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) which transmission can be through foreign immigrants. This affects the amendment of Government Regulation Number 31 of 2013 concerning Immigration to Government Regulation Number 48 of 2021 concerning Immigration in which there is the addition of new rules to Government Regulation Number 48 of 2021 concerning Immigration article 103 number 1 part (d) " declared free from infectious diseases that endanger public health "therefore this writing is to show the role of the government in Enhancing the Security of Foreign Immigrants by the Indonesian Government to Prevent Virus Transmission.Keywords: immigrants;government policies; the spread of the Covid -19 virus AbstrakSaat ini penularan virus pandemi COVID-19 di Indonesia merupakan bagian dari pandemi penyakit koronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) yang sedang berlangsung di seluruh dunia.
