Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the significance of the effect of: (1) financial compensation to job satisfaction, (2) non-financial compensation to job satisfaction, (3) motivation to job satisfaction, (4) financial compensation moderated motivation to job satisfaction, (5) non-financial compensation are moderated by the motivation to work on job satisfaction of employees of Bank Mega Cluster Surakarta. Bank Mega Cluster employee population Surakarta October 2011 totaled 346 people. Random sample as many as 70 people. The data collection technique using a questionnaire through validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques using classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, and the absolute difference test. The results obtained by the analysis of (1) all of the variables proved valid questionnaires, (2) questionnaire questionnaire all variables proved reliable (3) test multikonolinearitas pass the test, pass the test heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test pass the test, pass the test and normality test. Conclusion of the study: (1) significant financial compensation to employee job satisfaction, (2) non-financial compensation significant effect on job satisfaction of employees, (3) motivation significant effect on job satisfaction, (4) financial compensation is not proven moderated by motivation (5) non-financial compensation is also not proven to be moderated by the motivation to work. Abstract

ABSTRACT The research is conducted to analysis the significance: (1) emotional intelligence toward teachers’ performance, (2) organizational commitment toward teachers’ performance, and (3) organizational commitment toward teachers’ performance SMP Kristen, SMK Kristen and SMA Kristen of Purwodadi with working motivation as moderating variable. The population is the teacher’s SMP Kristen, SMK Kristen and SMA Kristen of Purwodadi is 62 persons. Sample is all teachers’ that is 62 persons. The technique of the collecting with documentation, interview and questioner. The analysis technique data is multiple linear regressions, test of accuracy model, test of determinacy coefficient and of regression with absolute difference model. The results showed the influence of Emotional Intelligence (X1) toward Teachers’ Performance  (Y) with Working Motivation (X3) as variable of moderating where Working Motivation variable will strengthen influence of Emotional Intelligence toward Teachers’ Performance. Influence of Organizational Commitment (X2) toward Teachers’ Performance (Y) with Working Motivation (X3) as moderating variable where Motivation variable will strengthen influence of Organizational Commitment toward Teachers’ Performance. Abstract

The purposes of this research are to analyze the significant impact of: (1) leadership variable to job satisfaction, (2) organization motivation variable to job satisfaction, (3) organizational commitment variable to job satisfaction, (4) the dominant variable that have impact to job satisfaction. Populations of this research are 125 employees in Pondok Pesantren Modern Islam Assalaam Surakarta. The samples of this research are 63 employees with sampling technique used is opinion poll method. To collect data the writer used questionnaire with validity and reliability examination. The methods to analyze data are double regression linear with classic assumption. The conclusions from the result of the research: (1) the hypothesis stated that “leadership has positive impact and significant to job satisfaction” is verified, (2) the hypothesis stated that “organization motivation has positive impact and significant to job satisfaction” is not verified, (3) the hypothesis stated that “organizational commitment has positive impact and significant to job satisfaction” is verified, (4) the hypothesis stated that “leadership has dominant impact to job satisfaction” is not verified.
