Introduction; Hypertension is an increase in blood pressure, one of the factors that affect hypertension, namely exercise and stress. The aim is to find out whether there is a relationship between exercise and stress and hypertension levels in the elderly. Method; this type of analytic observation research using a cross-sectional study approach. This research was conducted in October 2019. The population in this study were all elderly who were in the Tresna Werdha Natar Social Institution, totaling 78 people. The analysis used was univariate and bivariate analysis using the Chi-square test. Result; showed a significant relationship between the level of hypertension with exercise (p = 0.010) and stress (p = 0.002). There is a relationship between exercise and stress with the level of hypertension in the elderly at the Tresna Werdha Natar Social Home. Conclusion; that there is a relationship between exercise and stress on the incidence of hypertension in the elderly

Introduction: Acne vulgaris (AV) is a disease that can grow alone in the form of chronic inflammation of polysebaceous follicles with multifactorial causes and clinical manifestations in the form of comedones, papules, pustules, nodules, and cysts. In adolescence, AV is usually caused by an increase in sex hormones, especially androgens, which increase during puberty. Aim; This study aims to determine the relationship between menstrual patterns and the incidence of acne vulgaris in State Vocational High School students. Method; using an observational research design using a cross-sectional approach. The number of samples in this study was 80 samples. The sampling technique in this study used simple random sampling. The instrument used is a questionnaire sheet. Analysis of the data used is the chi-square test. Results: menstrual pattern on the incidence of acne vulgaris was 0.091 (p>0.05). Conclusion: That there is no significant relationship between menstrual patterns and the incidence of acne vulgaris in students of SMKN

Abnormalities lip and palate or cleft lip commonly called congenital abnormality or labioschizis is a gap between the right and/or left lip. The incidence of cleft lip with or without cleft palate is one per 700-1000 births worldwide and Asians have the highest risk. Infant death or disability, even the mother died during childbirth in pregnancy aged 35 years and over. Giving birth at the age of 35 years and over, babies who are born susceptible to genetic abnormalities. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between maternal age of ≥35 years with labioschizis incident. This study used cross-sectional design: Retrospective, data was collected from the medical records during the period 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2018. The number of samples of 138 respondents, data was analyzed using the chi-square test with a significance level of ρvalue < 0.05. The results showed that most respondents had labioschizis namely 65.9%, while 34.1% of respondents experienced palatoschizis and labiognatoschizis. The lives of most mothers with children experiencing labioschizis are ≥35 years of age is 57.1%. The results of the study there was no correlation between a maternal age ≥ 35 years with the incidence labioschizis with value 0.793 ρvalue means sig >0.05. However, based on the data that researchers get the respondent with maternal age of 35 years tend to have labioschizis, meaning that the older a pregnant woman would be more risk of having babies with labioschizis.
