Abstract

The aim of this research is to keep the supremacy of law in East Kalimantan. The background of  it is that there is a corporate corruption crime case which has happened in this province which must be focused on the legal material proof. The method of this research is qualitative one. The location of it is in Samarinda, in June 2013. The data is taken from Tribun daily newspaper here dated on June 2, 3, 5 and 16. The persons accused are AN (Senior Director) of PT. Kutai Timur Energi (KTE) dan ATW (Director of PT. Kutai Timur Energi (KTE). Those persons concerned are found guilty. The result of the research is that those persons accused above have been made some efforts to make themselves innocent. The last effort for them is judicial review of the court if they have some new proofs or novum on it.

Abstract

Komunikasi dan kontak perorangan antara pedagang dari Timur Tengah/Padang Pasir dan Indonesia pada waktu yang lampau selama beberapa dekade membuat mereka berkolaborasi, misalnya, di bidang sosial, ekonomi, budaya, pertahanan, keamanan, dan lain-lain. Peralatan musik ini adalah gambus, maruas (percussion). Semua lagu, musik, dan tari mempunyai gaya keislaman. Yang paling terkenal di Kalimantan Timur adalah Tingkilan yang mengiringi tari Jepen.Tingkilan dipentaskan pada waktu pesta. Pengaruh agama Islam sangat kuat dalam musik ini.

Abstract

This research is very simple one because it is the experience of a man who is accustomed to fly .He is Mr.Zainal Mutaqin the high manager in Jawa Post group.The researcher will know the feeling during his travel by AirAsia aircraft where everybody feels afraid of after the flight accident in West Kalimantan on 28  ,December 2014.The method of the research is by library research and the main news is taken from The DailyNewspaper KaltimPost in Samarinda ,East Kalimantan .It takes 2 months research by reading and clipping the daily newspaper concerned.The result of the research is that firstly if someone has much experience in flying he or she does not feel  afraid of and groggy as well.For him or her there is no fear of flying.Secondly , he is a real officer . The suggestion is that hi experience must be socialize to the passengers in flight continually.
