Abstract

In accordance with the existing problems , the purpose of this research that is, to know how high increased capacity writing a report through observation kind of classroom contextual students Grade VIII 85 Junior High School of jakarta . Research that is used is the act of research .The act of research is research in the form of measures in the cycle to produce an increase of were being explored. The act of research is that research focus on the series of activities consisting of four measures , including planning ( planning ) , the act of ( action , observation, observing ) , and reflection ( reflecting ) .A subject in this research is a student of Grade VIII 85 Junior High School of jakarta consisting 36 students . On the cycle used i this kind of classroom Contextual in improved the skills of writing a report students Grade VIII 85 Junior High School of jakarta .In I this cycle , only 11 ( eleven ) students who has successfully in accordance with criteria ketuntasan minimum & amp; # 8804; 70 .After doing reflection based on the research cycle I , so disusunlah action plan on cycle ii .Action against cycle II equal to action against cycle I namely use the model learning contextual .In cycles II , can be obtained data that all students increased in accordance criteria minimum, which reached good success 82.29 From the data analysis cycle I until cycle II happened an increase of 14.81 .From the data analysis praintervensi to cycle I happened an increase of 16.32 .

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efisiensi ekonomi, teknis dan harga pada alumni pelatihan budidaya ikan di BPPP Banyuwangi. Analisis data menggunakan fungsi produksi Cobb Douglas stochastic frontier diestimasi dengan Metode Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Untuk mengetahui efisiensi teknis diestimasi dengan maximum likelihood Estimate (MLE) dengan komputasi frontier versi 4.1 yang dikembangkan Coelli (1996). Efisiensi harga diketahui dengan menghitung nilai produk marginal (NPM) dari faktor produksi . Hasil penelitian di Kab. Banjar Prov. Kalimantan Selatan,diketahui lima faktor produksi di daerah rasional, tetapi belum efisien , yaitu Kapur (X3) 4,281, Benih (X4)0,377, Pakan (X5) 3,093, probiotik (X6) 5,210 dan Tenaga kerja (X7). 0,493. Luas kolam (X1) -0,445 dan Pupuk (X2) -5,20.Hasil pendugaan menggunakan MLE, dihasilkan faktor-faktor produksi dengan koefisien positif yaitu Luas kolam (X1) , Benih (X4), dan Pakan (X5) . Pupuk (X2), Kapur (X3), probiotik (X6) dan Tenaga kerja (X7) memiliki koefisien negatif, pengalaman (Z1) , umur (Z2) dan pendidikan formal (Z3) masing-masing koefisien 0,3200385; 0,2602872 dan -0,0571254 , sehingga terdapat inefisiensi teknis pada model ini..Efisiensi harga diperoleh NPMfaktor produksi negatif yaitu Luas kolam (X1) -0,0543dan Pupuk (X2) -0,2887, Kapur (X3)>1 (9,0545), sedangkan Benih (X4) , Pakan (X5), Probiotik (X6) dan Tenaga kerja (X7), nilai <1, masing-masing (0,0004 ; 0,0064 ; 0,0736 dan 0,0001). Ketujuh faktor produksi tidak satupun mencapai optimum. Nilai rata-rata efisiensi harga >1 yaitu 8,792 dan efisiensi ekonomis 68,657.Secara keseluruhan efisiensi harga yang dicapai 106,3980dan efisiensi ekonomis 196,9427.
