Abstract

The low participation of the bride and groom follow the course of a prenuptial is a serious issue and requires appropriate solutions. One of the efforts to provide health information to the prospective brides, namely by forming a pre-marital class-based social media. The bride and groom who do not follow a course of pre-marital collected in One group social media and given the knowledge according to the syllabus of a course of pre-marital. This research aimed to determine the influence of the Pre-Marital Class on the readiness of reproductive health for marriage.This research is quantitive research with the quasi-experimental design of this research using the randomized pre and post-test with control group design. The place of the study was in the Bogor city start in July until October 2018 with the sample of the girl bride and groom several 42 persons in each group with a total of sample 84 persons. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire of readiness.Research results there is no difference in the mean of the readiness of reproductive health in the face of pre-marital between the intervention group with a control group with a p-value of 0.057 (p<0.05). If seen from the median increase in readiness, then the control group had improved better than the intervention group.The conclusion is there is no difference between the intervention group using pre-marital group social media by WhatsApp with the group courses pre-marital that held by the ministry of the religious affair at Bogor city.

Abstract

Variation of programs and strategies have been developed by the government to socialize the importance of exclusive breastmilk to mothers and families. One of them is through the pregnancy class in some integrated healthcare centers. However, it is not enough to increase the readiness of mothers to breastfeed their kids. Interesting media and methods that have longer memory retention are needed to deliver the information about breastmilk. One of the method is visual practice, which deliver information through the combination of narration, video, pictures, symbols, analogical stuff and practice. The objective of this aim of this research is to discover the effectiveness of visual practice education on the breastfeeding readiness of pregnant mothers. This research is quantitative research with quasi experiment design, The research used two group pre-test post-test approach. The research was located in Bogor with 20 pregnant mothers in each group as the sample of this research. The data are collected with the breastfeeding readiness questionnaire that was given before and after the intervention is done. Bivariate analysis was done is Mann Whitney. The result found that there is a significant difference in breastfeeding readiness (p<0,05). It is recommended to use this method as one of the methods to promote lactation health preparation.

Abstract

Prevalensi anemia pada remaja putri masih cukup tetap tinggi. Remaja putri memiliki risiko sepuluh kali lebih besar menderita anemia dibandingkan remaja putra. Hal ini karena remaja putri mengalami menstruasi setiap bulannya dan sedang dalam masa pertumbuhan sehingga membutuhkan asupan zat besi yang lebih banyak. Selain itu, ketidakseimbangan asupan zat gizi juga menjadi penyebab anemia pada remaja. Untuk mengatasi anemia tsb pemerintah memiliki program pemberian tablet Fe pada remaja selama 52 minggu.  Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Efektivitas Fe Motivation Class Terhadap Kadar Hb  Pada Remaja Putri. Penelitian  menggunakan desain  quasi eksperimen (two group post design) untuk mengetahui pengaruh  Fe Motivation Class Terhadap Kadar Hb  Pada Remaja Putri. Tempat penelitian ini di wilayah kota bogor, dilakukan mulai Bulan Februari-Desember 2020  dengan sampel remaja putri sejumlah 30  orang untuk tiap kelompok dengan total sampel 60  orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuisioner dilakukan secara daring, Hasil analisis mengunakan uji Mann Whitney didapatkaan terdapat perbedaan rerata yang signifikan dalam kepatuhan mengkonsumsi tablet Fe pada kelompok kontrol dan kelompok intervensi  dengan nilai p = 0, 000 serta tidak terdapat perbedaan rerata kadar Hb yang signifikan pada kelompok kontrol dan kelompok intervensi  dengan nilai p = 0,393. Rekomendasi, agar Fe Motivation Class dapat dapat dijadikan pertimbangan sebagai salah satu metode untuk memberikan motivasi kepada remaja putri dalam mengkonsumsi Fe sehingga bisa mencegah dan menurunkan angka kejadian anemia pada remaja putri.

Abstract

The exclusive coverage of ASI in Indonesia is 42%. Various programs and strategies have been developed by the government to disseminate the importance of exclusive breastfeeding to mothers and families. One of them is through a class of pregnant women at posyandu and puskesmas. However, it is not enough to increase the readiness of mothers to breastfeed their babies. Interesting media and methods are needed and have a long memory retention in the delivery of information about ASI. One of them is the practice visualization method, which is conveying information through a combination of lectures, videos, pictures, symbols, analogies and practice items. The activity is an activity in providing information about breastfeeding readiness to pregnant women The activity is designed to be carried out within a period of 12 months. It starts with preparation, pre-test the preliminary knowledge of pregnant women about breastfeeding, giving ASI material with a visualization of practice for 7 activities. The evaluation of the activity in the form of a pre-test is carried out from the first meeting. Furthermore, in the final stage, a post-test will be conducted to determine the extent of the success of community service activities that have been carried out.
