Abstract

Mobile-based technology in the company's current activities, is something that needs to be applied in order to obtain efficiency in terms of time, without having to reduce the important components of the function of a company's activities itself. One division that needs attention in technology development is the personnel division because in managing the performance and attitudes of employees on a large scale and fluctuating nature, it requires an integrated system based on mobile that is user-friendly and able to efficiently use the appraisal tool for all employees and directors who previously used web-based system. The personnel division of Idolmart is currently running a program with a focus on employee performance appraisal, the system currently running is still desktop-based which will be developed into an Android-based mobile application. The purpose of making this application is to find empirical evidence of a positive influence on the efficiency of employee assessment programs for the Idolmart personnel division through the android application. This type of research uses qualitative research that emphasizes how the personnel section of Idolmart uses a self-development program through an android application to produce an assessment of the daily personality of its employees. The results of this study are, the output in the form of periodic table reports from all input menus can be accessed directly by employees through the android application via the view menu. The android application can be used by every Idolmart employee in accordance with the development of the upcoming Android operating system.

Abstract

An automatic application of discipline is needed in schools to achieve the school's vision and mission. The research method used in developing this application is the Waterfall method. The reason for using this method is because the Waterfall method has a sequential model, so that developers can start doing research until testing is more neat and structured. And this method can easily make improvements if the stage that is being worked on has an error gap. The design of the e-Tartib application itself is designed on an android mobile basis. The programming language used is the Dart language which is included in the Flutter SDK with the MySQL Database. The e-Tartib application is designed to minimize violations committed by students and can record student violations that are integrated and stored neatly. The expected results in this study are that later this e-Tartib application will enable students to understand and follow school rules or regulations so that teaching and learning activities will run optimally. This research was conducted at SMK Bina Citra Asia Jakarta.

Abstract

Penelitian dalam artikel ini berfokus pada tujuan mengetahui tingkatan stress mahasiswa selama mengerjakan skripsi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan Fakultas Teknik Prodi Teknik Informatika Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. DR. HAMKA di Jakarta, antara Juli – September 2020 yang memanfaatkan alat ukur yang terdiri atas pulse sensor, DS18B20, GSR dan alat pembanding stress psikologi yaitu DASS 42. Diambil sample acak sebanyak 10 mahasiswa. Hasil percobaan ini menujukan bahwa banyak mahasiswa yang mengalami gejala stres saat dalam mengerjakan skripsi. Dari hasil data yang telah diolah menunjukan hasil bahwa tingkat akurasi dari output alat ini mencapai 100%.

Abstract

Blukbuk Village is a village where most of the people's livelihoods are in the agricultural sector. So far, the process of selling agricultural products in Blukbuk Village is still carried out conventionally. However, farmers in Blukbuk Village often experience difficulties in selling agricultural products to consumers. The purpose of this research is to assist farmers in Blukbuk Village in selling agricultural products to consumers through an online sales information system based on a website application using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. With the design of an online sales information system based on a website application, it is hoped that it can introduce agricultural products in Blukbuk Village to the wider community and can improve the economy in Blukbuk Village

Abstract

Technology is currently experiencing rapid progress in the community, of course as a society that keeps up with the times, it must always be up to date for technology, especially in the learning process for students and schoolgirls, where in this difficult year in 2020 many students learn through the E process. Learning, therefore the author tries to design Moodle-based learning programs. Moodle as a supporting tool for making electronic learning, where the self-defense learning method is not only done face-to-face, therefore the authors try to develop it by learning virtual and mobile , this study aims to apply information technology for students to learn practical martial arts as a method of self-defense from all the dangers around us, the system designed by the author is an easy and practical system that can be accessed by many people, because Moodle is currently developing. rapidly with a variety of learning methods for those who use it as a form of virtual learning, in addition to being easily accessible and easy to learn as an admin, you can use the Moodle application, because its use is not too complicated to learn, and can save data. tabase learning via localhost / phpmyadmin / as material to store and create a Moodle learning database. This design uses the waterfall method so that it is easy to help others how to use the moodle.

Abstract

PT Informatika Media Pratama merupakan perusahaan teknologi informasi yang berfokus pada penerapan teknologi tepat guna berbasis kebutuhan perusahaan mitra. Dimulai dari software house dan terus berkembang. Sistem informasi keuangan dan aset merupakan suatu sistem yang memfasilitasi organisasi untuk mengelola data keuangan dan aset bagi bidangbidang yang terkait sehingga membantu menyelesaikan kegiatan di bidang keuangan dan aset terutama proses pencatatan dan pelaporan keuangan dan aset secara optimal. Pengelolaan keuangan dan aset yang ada di PT Informatika Media Pratama terutama pada bagian administrasi masih belum dilakukan secara maksimal. Hal tersebut dikarenakan belum mempunyai sistem informasi keuangan dan aset. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan perancangan sistem informasi keuangan dan aset berbasis web pada PT Informatika Media Pratama dan meningkatkan proses pengelolaan pelaporan keuangan dan aset perusahaan dengan sistem informasi yang diterapkan. Dalam pengambilan data penelitian menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode waterfall, dimana metode ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan yang sistematis. Pada pengujian sistem menggunakan black box testing. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, telah dibangun perancangan sistem informasi keuangan dan aset berbasis web dengan pengujian yang dilakukan sesuai kebutuhan pada PT Informatika Media Pratama terutama pada divisi administrasi.

Abstract

The public’s perception of the State Officials’ Wealth Report (LHKPN) serves as a vital measure of confidence in the government's commitment to transparency and efforts to combat corruption.This research seeks to examine public sentiment as reflected on the social media platform X. A dataset comprising 1,200 tweets was gathered and processed through various text mining methods, such as case folding, data cleaning, tokenization, normalization, stemming, stopword elimination, and TF-IDF vectorization. The tweets were then manually annotated into two sentiment categories: positive and negative, with 77.3% of tweets labeled as positive and 22.7% as negative. Sentiment classification was conducted using two machine learning algorithms: Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Naive Bayes. The Naive Bayes algorithm recorded an accuracy of 86.66%, with a precision of 0.93, a recall score of 0.88, and an F1-score of 0.87. Conversely, the SVM model with a linear kernel demonstrated superior performance, achieving an accuracy rate of 93.33%, along with a precision of 0.93, recall of 0.98, and an F1-score of 0.95. To uncover frequently occurring topics, WordCloud visualizations were generated. These revealed that positive tweets often included words such as ‘lapor’ and ‘transparan’, while negative ones were more likely to contain terms like ‘bohong’ and ‘korupsi’. These findings indicate that public sentiment toward the LHKPN initiative is largely favorable, despite persistent concerns surrounding integrity and trustworthiness in asset reporting. This study highlights the effectiveness of sentiment analysis in gauging public opinion and informing future policy improvements.
