Abstract

Changes in the environment and market mechanisms that are so open, competitive, and market control are challenges that must be answered with a market orientation approach. The purpose of this study is: to examine the effect of coaching and mentoring on the development of Fashion Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the capital's supporting areas. This research was conducted at MSME Fashion conducted by young men and women of the millennial generation. While the study population was reviewed at MSME Fashion in the Greater Tangerang area. The sample of this study consisted of 74 MSME Fashion Distros in Tangerang Regency, Tangerang City and South Tangerang City. The sampling technique is multistage sampling consisting of the first simple random sampling in order to determine the Greater Tangerang area that has MSME Fashion, the second is purposive sampling in order to determine the sample in each mapping area that has been determined as a member of the coaching and mentoring of the local entrepreneurship body, and the third is convenience sampling. The method used in determining the sample is based on respondents selected in stage two who are willing to attend. The statistical methods used by researchers are the Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) Method for testing validity, the Cronbach Alpha Method for reliability testing, and the Baron and Kenny methods for hypothesis testing, statistical calculations are performed using the MINITAB application. In this study, researchers found a research result that showed that coaching and mentoring had a positive effect on the development of Fashion MSMEs and the Regional Entrepreneurship Agency played a positive role in mediating the development of MSMEs. Abstract

The development of the digital economy is related to the behavior of social network users in transactions. The rapid development of information technology and telecommunications has a significant impact on consumer behavior in the world, selection and purchase decisions. Information technology makes it possible to carry out various activities quickly, accurately, without time and place restrictions, so that it is expected to increase efficiency and productivity. Changes in consumer behavior regarding the way in which information is collected and the buying and selling transactions carried out must continue to be examined to obtain accurate information about consumer wants and needs. In Indonesia, it has the potential to influence the development of the technology world. Technological developments have emerged in various types of fields, especially in the development of the digital economy. The digital economy has both positive and negative impacts on Indonesia's development. The Impact of the Development of the Digital Economy has become a separate platform for the government or the community to become a forum for carrying out various types of economic transactions. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the development of the digital economy on social media users in conducting transactions. The result of this research is the development of advertising companies, and many online companies or businesses are implementing sales promotions on social networks for their products, so it is very helpful in promoting and expanding the audience.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is: to examine the effect of coaching and mentoring on the development of UMKM Fashion in supporting areas of the capital city. This research was conducted at UMKM Fashion conducted by young men and women of the millennial generation. While the study population was reviewed at SMEs Fashion in the Greater Tangerang area. The sample of this study consisted of 70 UMKM Fashion Distros in Tangerang Regency, Tangerang City and South Tangerang City. At the time of sampling activities researchers will collaborate with representatives of leading fashion business associations associations in each region. Data collection using a questionnaire system. In this study, researchers obtained a research result that showed that coaching and mentoring had a positiveeffect on the development of Fashion UMKM and the Regional Entrepreneurship Agency played a positive role in mediating the development of UMKM.

Abstract

Pada zaman industri 4.0, banyak aplikasi atau web yang menyediakan layanan baca komik dan novel secara online, baik berbentuk e-book, aplikasi, maupun web yang memang menyediakan layanan tersebut. Manga Toon adalah salah satu platform penyedia layanan baca komik, novel, dan menonton anime online internasional. Manga Toon juga menyediakan tempat baca novel karya penulis lokal yang bebas dibaca dimanapun dan kapanpun. Author novel yang meng-upload karya memiliki kesempatan bisa mendapatkan penghasilan dari karya tersebut. Namun, sistem penerimaan kontrak di Manga Toon masih semi-komputerisasi, karena masih menghubungi author melalui nomor whatsapp yang sejak awal didaftarkan saat meng-upload karya, lalu menginput data ke surat kontrak secara manual yang dilakukan oleh admin. Kegiatan ini memakan waktu yang cukup banyak sehingga proses pembuatan surat kontrak dan pengiriman kembali surat kontrak yang sudah di approve terhambat. Dengan permasalahan tersebut, maka penulis melakukan analisa melalui beberapa metode pengumpulan data, dengan melakukan kegiatan magang/observasi, melakukan wawancara dan metode studi pustaka untuk menemukan solusi dari permasalahan yang terjadi pada penerimaan kontrak novel di aplikasi Manga Toon. Penulis akan menganalisis dengan menggunakan metode PIECES. Selanjutnya, desain sistem yang dibuat berjalan menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) diantaranya menggunakan Use Case Diagram dan menggunakan Activity Diagram. Dalam hal ini, penulis menganalisa sistem kontrak pada aplikasi Manga Toon diharapkan dapat menggunakan sistem dalam penginputan data ke surat kontrak.
