Abstract

Kurangnya variasi dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani membuat siswa bosan dan tidak semangat dalam mengikuti pelajaran. Karena itu diperlukan model pembalajaran yang menarik sehingga siswa menjadi lebih semangat dalam mengikuti pelajaran. Model yang terapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Jigsaw.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar pendidikan jasmani dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw IIpada siswa kelas V SDN Sambigede 03 Sumberpucung Malang. Hasil penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw pada kondisi awal atau hasil prasiklus menunjukkan ketidak tuntasan siswa dalam pembelajaran jasmani sebesar 40%, kemudian diberikan treatment pada siklus I dan II dengan menggunakan model jigsaw mengalami peningkatan ketuntasan mencapai 57 %, dan pada siklus II ketuntasan mencapai 77%

Abstract

Education is a conscious and planned effort to create an atmosphere of learning and learning process so that learners actively develop their potential to have spiritual, religious, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character and skills needed by him, nation and state society (UU Sistem National Education article 1 paragraph 1). Education is organized as a process of lifelong learning of the students by giving exemplary, building the will and developing the creativity of learners in the learning process and developing the culture of reading, writing and arithmetic. The objective of the study was to improve the learning outcomes of Free Styles Swimming through the implementation of Cooperative Learning method. The problem in this research is “Whether the application of cooperative learning method can improve the learning result of Freestyle Swimming. The method of this research is class action research which involves repetitive reflection and consists of four stages: planning, action, observation and reflection. The subject of this research is Student Physical Education Health and Recreation IKIP Budi Utomo Malang force 2014 as many as 30 people. The result of the research shows that before the implementation of learning with cooperative learning method, the value of free class swimming lesson (Pre Cycle) is only equal to 16,67% with less category and in cycle I is implemented by applying cooperative learning method of learning result of freestyle pools = 63.33% with suffcient category and in cycle II which emphasize improvement in cycle I can be known implementation of cooperative learning method on free style swimming course increased and succeeded because able to reach = 93,33,00%. This is in accordance with the classical completeness criteria (KKM), which is 70%. In conclusion, the implementation of cooperative learning method can improve learning result of freestyle swimming at Student of Physical Education Health and Recreation IKIP Budi Utomo Malang Force 2014.

Abstract

The purpose of the the research is to know the effectiveness of the influence of stretching-up and warming-up-stretching toward the velocity of 60 yard dash. Population used are the students ( male ) of IKIP Budi Utomo Malang S1 program especially the ffth semester. Here the writer takes 80 students as samples from 178 students ramdomly. The samples are divided into 4 gruops by matching them that each group consists of 20 students.The kind of research experiments is using the design of the study latin square. The experiments is done about 4 weeks, once a week. That uses four treatmen as follow : treatment A, B, C and D. Each group is treated differently a week, so in 4 weeks all group will have same 4 kind of treatment. Tehnik collecting data obtained from pre-test and post-test that carried on four times.The analysis of data obtained Anava and “ t “ test which use the value of signifcant 5 % and 1 %. From the analysis of data above here the result : There is different influence that is very signifcant among treatment A, B, C, D in increasing the velocity of the 60 yard dash. Conclusion the influence of stretching-warning-up is more effective in increasing the velocity of 60 yard dash than the warming-up – stretching.

Abstract

Interest from someone is influenced by many factors, namely internally and externally. Motivation is one of the thing which is coming from inside. The goal of the research is to know how far the university students’ interest and motivation are in joining with extracurricular of futsal. The study was done through survey with two free variables, interest and motivation, while the instrument used to collect data were questionaires and documentation. Based on the analysis, it was found that the students’ responses ‘strongly agree’ in terms of their interest are 44.34%, ‘agree’ 35.97%, while the rest as their responses ‘disagree’ and ‘strongly disagree’ 16.74% and 2.94% respectively. Moreover, the students’ responses ‘strongly agree’ in terms of their motivation are 46.66%, ‘agree’ 35.53%, while the rest as their responses ‘disagree’ and ‘strongly disagree’ 14.79% and 3.01% respectively. Of the result, it can be concluded that the university students had high category of both interst and motivation. Therefore, it was suggested that they could defend their godd interest and motivation.
