Abstract

Influence on Performance Competence Master Teacher At SMPN I Lambuya Konawe Through Work Motivation As an intervening variable. The purpose of this study is to describe and test the effect of teacher competence on motivation and performance of teachers. Specifically the purpose of research to explain and examine the role of teachers' motivation to work in mediating the relationship between the competence of the teacher's performance. The design of this research uses explanatory research approach with data collection conducted cross-section through the questionnaire. The population of this study was all government school teachers in SMP Negeri 1 Lambuya Konawe totaling 45 people. The sampling technique is saturated samples (census) in which the entire population as a sample of 45 teachers. Data analysis techniques to answer the problem in this research hypothesis is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that teacher competence and significant positive effect on work motivation and performance of teachers. Furthermore, teachers work motivation positive and significant impact on teacher performance. Keywords: Teachers Competency, Motivation Work, Teacher Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompensasi, Lingkunga Kerja dan Promosi jabatan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai pada Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Konawe. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Pendapatan Kabupaten Konawe. Penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh sehingga sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 56 orang, jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, daftar pertanyaan (questionaire), dan studi dokumentasi. Model analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan promosi jabatan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja Kompensasi, berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi kompensasi yang diterma seseorang pegawai maka kepuasan kerja yang dirasakan akan semakin tinggi pula, Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai, Promosi jabatan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Konawe.

Abstract

This study aims to determine ''The Influence of Competence, Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction on the Performance of Employees at the Konawe District Attorney's Office'' The population in this study were all employees of the Konawe District Attorney's Office, totaling 41 people. Determination of the sample in this study was carried out by census, meaning that the entire population was sampled. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variable Competence Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction simultaneously have a significant positive effect. and the results show that partially the competence variable has a significant effect while Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction have no significant effect on the performance of the Konawe District Prosecutor's Office employees.
