Abstract

Perkembangan Kota Tanjung Morawa yang berada di Kabupaten Deli Serdang berkembang cepat dengan adanya Bandara Internasional Kuala Namu dan pembangunan kawasan Industri yang berkembang pesat. Apabila tidak dikendalikan, perkembangan kawasan ini dapat mengarah kepada hilangnya karakter kawasan Kota Tanjung Morawa, mengingat kawasan ini merupakan kawasan bernilai ekonomi tinggi yang dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pertumbuhan ekonomi kota. Maka dibutuhkan instrumen pengendalian pemanfaatan ruang serta pedoman arahan pengembangan kawasan untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang tertata, berkelanjutan, berkualitas serta menambah vitalitas ekonomi dan kehidupan masyarakat di Kawasan Kabupaten Deli Serdang, khususnya masyarakat Kecamatan Tanjung Morawa. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan Kajian Penataan Kawasan Kota Tanjung Morawa sebagai upaya untuk menghindari terjadinya bentuk pembangunan yang tidak dikehend/aki dan menciptakan lingkungan perkotaan terpadu yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pemanfaatan lahan serta kemampuan daya dukung kota serta dapat meningkatkan kualitas fisik dan wajah kota.Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan mampu memberikan arah penataan kawasan dari segi arsitektur, lanskap, perancangan kota di Kawasan Tanjung Morawa, sebagai pedoman pengembangan dan penataan Kawasan Tanjung Morawa, Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Sebagai panduan bagi seluruh para pelaku pembangunan, baik dalam proses perancangan, pemanfaatan ruang, pembangunan fisik maupun dalam pengendalian pemanfaatan ruang di Kawasan Kota Tanjung Morawa.

Abstract

Tanjungbalai City is one of the cities in North Sumatra Province with a population that continues to increase. Tanjungbalai City Government strives to provide services to the community by building a proper and adequate prayer facility in the city of Tanjungbalai. The Grand Mosque accommodates educational activities, a means of interaction, a good place of worship in Tanjungbalai City. Construction of a representative Grand Mosque which becomes the area's "Land Mark" and becomes "City Icon". Then the Planning Activities of the Great Mosque of Tanjungbalai City will be carried out.The construction of the Grand Mosque must pay attention to efficiency, environmental safety, and environmental aesthetics. Environmental security can be achieved by paying attention to the stability of building construction. One of the factors that must be considered in the stability of a mosque is the stability of the foundation. The foundation is a structure that functions to transmit the loads that work on the mosque building to the soil layer below it. In general, the foundation can be divided into shallow foundation and deep foundation. The location of the hard soil layer and the type of soil will affect the selection of the type of foundation, the calculation of the bearing capacity of the foundation, and the settlement that occurs.This study aims to analyze the choice of the right type of foundation to be used by taking into account the stability of the construction. For this reason, it is necessary to analyze the use of the type of foundation in the building of the Tanjungbalai City Grand Mosque.

Abstract

Percut Sei Tuan District is one of the sub-districts in Deli Serdang Regency. The position of this sub-district is between Medan City and Batang Kuis District to Kuala Namu Airport. In addition, this sub-district is also one of the centers for the Medindingro development project (Medan - Binjai - Deli Serdang - Karo) as stipulated in RI Presidential Regulation Number 62 of 2011 concerning Medindingro Vision 2027 and is included in the National Strategic Area (KSN).Social and economic problems will arise as the population increases, this requires the development of office facilities, education, health, housing and so on. The challenge is quite complex for the regional government concerned in an effort to build and improve the standard of living and welfare of its people. With the increasing number of activities and dense population, a city can no longer meet the needs of its citizens optimally, so it is necessary to have supporting cities that can accommodate activities that cannot be fulfilled in urban areas. [2] This is done to prevent the development and growth of cities naturally, in other words developing without programmed direction and planning. For this reason, it is necessary to carry out a Study on the Regional Arrangement of Percut Sei Tuan Subdistrict as a guideline for the direction of development for the future, and to avoid uncontrolled forms of development. Creating an integrated urban environment that can increase the efficiency of land use and the carrying capacity of land and can improve the physical quality and appearance of the city.The results of this study are expected to be able to provide directions for regional arrangement in terms of architecture, landscape, regional design in Percut Sei Tuan District, as a guideline for the development and arrangement of urban areas. As a guide for all development actors, both in the design process, space utilization, physical development and in controlling spatial use in Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Tengah Regency.

Abstract

Government Decentralization or Regional Autonomy is a form of Central Government to Regional Governments to carry out good and systemic governance. Irregularities in the procurement system also opened up opportunities for corruption, resulting in many protests and suspicions about the integrity of the procurement process. Many village officials still do not understand the procedures for managing village funds, making these village funds less well-targeted and their utilization less than optimally received by the community. That is the reason for the importance of socializing the procurement of goods and services, especially regarding technical specifications to village officials. With this socialization, it is hoped that the community and village officials will have an understanding and knowledge of the preparation of technical specifications for the procurement of goods and services. Thus, in the future, the community and Umbrella Village officials will be able to maximize the village budget properly, efficiently, and on target.
