Abstract

Food is everyone's need to fulfill their daily needs. Halal products are a person's choice in consuming food. The inclusion of halal labels on each product aims to provide certainty of the halal status of the product and to appease consumers, especially Muslim consumers, about the procedures, raw materials, and processing of the product itself. Halal label itself can be interpreted as information about a product that has been allowed to be consumed according to Islam. In Islamic teachings, a Muslim is taught to eat halal food. Islam forbids consuming pork, alcohol, blood, dead meat and meat that is not slaughtered according to Islamic law. The absence of a label on a product will make Muslim consumers to be careful in deciding the consumption of these products. Halal label on product packaging in Indonesia is a logo composed of Arabic letters that form the word halal in a circle. Thus, consumers can obtain a little information that can help them determine the halal nature of a product. This research aims to determine the perception of Kalimantan Islamic University Lecturer Muhammad Arsyad Al Banjari (UNISKA MAB) on Halal Label. This study used descriptive qualitative method. In collecting data using observation techniques, questionnaires and documentation. The subjects of the study were 50 lecturers from Kalimantan Islamic University Muhammad Arsyad Al Banjari (UNISKA MAB). The results of this study indicate that the perception of Kalimantan Islamic University lecturer Muhammad Arsyad Al Banjari (UNISKA MAB) of halal labeled products with a percentage rate of 53% strongly agrees or is important in choosing halal products and labels affect the interest in buying products with a percentage level of 72.34% .

Abstract

In Islam there is no prohibition for humans to fulfill their needs or desires, as long as these fulfillments can be maintained and their dignity is enhanced. Fulfillment of needs or desires is allowed as long as it adds maslahah or does not bring harm. Indonesian people are classified as more consumptive when compared to other Southeast Asian countries. The habit of Indonesian people is more likely to use the money to meet unimportant needs by behaving consumptively. So that people have to change their perspective that what must be managed in the family is a financial problem. Because finance is very important in domestic life. To support the welfare of each individual in a family, knowledge of financial planning and management is known, which is called wealth management. So that family financial planning can be effective, efficient, and full of blessings. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine how the level of understanding of UNISKA MAB lecturers on Islamic family financial planning affects. This research is field research (field research) with a total sample of 56 people, the technique used is nonprobability sampling, namely purposive sampling, sampling techniques with certain criteria, namely permanent lecturers of UNISKA MAB. As for the data analysis method, the compilers used descriptive statistical methods and Simple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that the t-test results for the level of understanding variable showed the t value of 7.497 with sig. t is 0.000 (p <0.05), which means that it has a significant influence on the level of understanding of Islamic family financial planning. So it can be said that the permanent lecturers of UNISKA MAB already understand Islamic family planning

Abstract

The economic development of society in Indonesia provides a positive signal with the emergence of entrepreneurs and the tourism sector which has the potential to provide distribution to the economy, thereby increasing tourist visits. This research aims to describe the impact of developing and managing agricultural and buffalo swamp educational tourism areas. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the agricultural and swamp buffalo educational tourist attraction is that development and management of Weitkawa tourism have experienced a lot of progress starting from its rides, facilities, and services. Wietkawa Tourism is a new tourist attraction managed directly by the Tourism Awareness Group. In terms of tourist locations, Weitkawa is quite strategic and easy to reach compared to other tourist attractions in Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency. The price of tourist entry tickets is relatively expensive for local people but relatively cheap for tourists from the city. The impact of Weitkawa tourism can improve the community's economy, such as opening up job opportunities and reducing unemployment, developing business opportunities for residents, and improving community welfare.

Abstract

Industri makanan dan minuman global terus berkembang pesat, dengan restoran cepat saji sebagai pilihan utama karena kebutuhan dasar dan gaya hidup modern. Rocket Chicken adalah perusahaan waralaba restoran fast food yang berusaha meningkatkan penjualannya di cabang Keruwing, Handil Bakti, Barito Kuala. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi usaha dan etos kerja karyawan dari perspektif Islam guna mencapai tujuan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian lapangan untuk menganalisis strategi usaha dan etos kerja dalam meningkatkan penjualan dari perspektif Islam. Penelitian dilakukan di Rocket Chicken Cabang Keruwing, Barito Kuala, dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi untuk mengumpulkan data. Informan penelitian termasuk manajer dan karyawan cabang tersebut. Data dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman, yang mencakup reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi usaha Rocket Chicken mencakup pembangunan citra dan reputasi yang kuat, pemanfaatan jaringan gerai yang ada, pemasaran melalui internet, serta penggunaan portal website untuk menjangkau pelanggan. Dalam hal etos kerja, Rocket Chicken menerapkan prinsip-prinsip Islam seperti kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab, kerja keras, dan kejujuran. Kedisiplinan adalah kemampuan untuk menaati aturan, norma, dan komitmen yang telah ditetapkan dengan konsisten, baik dalam kehidupan pribadi maupun profesional. Tanggung Jawab adalah kesadaran dan kesediaan seseorang untuk melaksanakan tugas serta menanggung konsekuensi dari tindakan atau keputusan yang diambil. Kerja Keras adalah sikap gigih dan tekun dalam berusaha mencapai tujuan, tanpa mudah menyerah meskipun menghadapi tantangan dan rintangan. Kejujuran adalah sikap berkata dan bertindak sesuai dengan fakta serta nilai kebenaran, tanpa manipulasi atau kepalsuan demi kepentingan pribadi. Penerapan prinsip-prinsip ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang produktif dan etis, yang pada gilirannya mendukung pencapaian target penjualan secara efektif. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana integrasi etos kerja Islami dan strategi pemasaran dapat meningkatkan kinerja dan penjualan restoran fast food

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs) play a significant role in Banjarmasin City's local economic development. Along with this growth, halal products have great potential to gain the support of consumers whose awareness of halal products is increasing. Halal factors are becoming increasingly important to consumers when making routine product purchases. This study examines how the motivation,religiosity, halal literacy, and halal awareness of MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) actors affect their desire to get halal certification in Banjarmasin City. This study is conducted using field research using a quantitative descriptive technique. Purposive sampling, a non-probability sampling technique, selects samples based on the requirement to meet specific objectives, such as identifying MSMEs in Banjarmasin for a minimum of one year. A questionnaire is used for data collection, and the sample size is 96. Using SPSS 25.0 for Windows applications,the following data analysis procedures were employed: hypothesis testing, data validity analysis, and descriptive data analysis. The findings indicate that MSMEs' interest in Halal Certification in Banjarmasin City is significantly influenced, at least in part, by the factors of Halal Literacy, Halal Awareness, Motivation, and Religiosity. The factors significantly impacting MSMEs' interest in halal certification in Banjarmasin City simultaneously include motivation,religiosity, halal literacy, and halal awareness.
