<![CDATA[ Abstract: Financial Management Information System (SIPKD) is an information system to be used by local governments in Indonesia for organizing their public financial. Banda Aceh is one of city chosen as pilot project for SIPKD implementation in government offices. For the sake of examing the effectiveness of SIPKD, this research aimed to examine the system ease of use, system usefulness and computing skill on the effectiveness of financial management system. The study population was 26 Financial Officer (PPK-SKPD) at Banda Aceh Government Offices. This research used multiple linear regression for analytical method. Data analysis was performed using SPSS (Statistical Package for Special Science). The result indicate that the system ease of use, system usefulness and computing skill give affect on the effectiveness of financial management system. Those 3 factors affected the effectivity simultaneously or partially.Keyword: system ease of use, system usefulness, computing skill, the effectiveness of financial management systemAbstrak: Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah (SIPKD) merupakan salah satu produk dari teknologi sistem informasi yang digunakan oleh pemerintah daerah di Indonesia dalam menyelenggarakan pengelolaan keuangan daerahnya. Banda Aceh merupakan salah satu dari 171 kabupaten/kota yang terpilih sebagai pilot project pengembangan dan implementasi SIPKD. Demi meneliti keefektifan SIPKD, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kemudahan penggunaan sistem, kemanfaatan sistem dan keahlian komputer terhadap efektivitas sistem pengelolaan keuangan daerah. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 26 Pejabat Penatausahaan Keuangan-Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (PPK-SKPD) di Pemerintah Kota Banda Aceh. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS (Statistical package for special science). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan penggunaan sistem, kemanfaatan sistem dan keahlian komputer secara bersama-sama dan parsial berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas sistem pengelolaan keuangan daerah.Kata kunci: kemudahan penggunaan sistem, kemanfaatan sistem, keahlian komputer, efektivitas SIPKD]]>
