<![CDATA[Abstract: This study aimed to examine the effect of fiscal decentralization and the regional expenditures of the regional financial performance in the district /city at the province of Aceh either jointly or partially. The population in this study are the district/city in the province of Aceh during the 5 period (2009-2013). Research using census method. The data are process by using a balanced panel data. The total population in 2009 up to 2013 are 18 districts and 5 cities. The method of analysis used in this study were multiple linear regression. The results of this study show that (1) fiscal decentralization and regional expenditures together affect the regional financial performance. (2) The partial positive effect of fiscal decentralization, while regional expenditures negatively affect of regional financial performance. Keywords: Fiscal Decentralization, Regional Expenditures, Regional Financial Performance Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh desentralisasi fiskal dan belanja daerah terhadap kinerja keuangan daerah pada kabupaten/kota di provinsi aceh baik secara bersama-sama atau parsial terhadap kinerja keuangan daerah. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah kabupaten/kota di provinsi Aceh selama 5 periode (2009-2013). Penelitian menggunakan metode sensus. Data di proses dengan menggunakan balanced panel data. Total populasi tahun 2009 s.d 2013 sebanyak 18 kabupaten dan 5 kota. Metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) desentralisasi fiskal dan belanja daerah secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan daerah. (2) Secara parsial desentralisasi fiskal berpengaruh positif, sedangkan belanja daerah berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja keuangan daerah.
