Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze implementation of SQ4R learning method, students ' active participation and students ' achievement in the subject " Public Administration of Public Relations and Protocol " for students of class XI ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE 1 at SMK PGRI Turen. This type of research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR). Data collection was done by interview, observation, documentation, test, and field note. The result of the research shows that (1) the implementation of learning goes well, proved by the increase of students ' active participation and students ' achievement, (2) the students ' active participation increased from the percentage of 61% in the circle 1 to 82% in circle 2, (3) Students ' achievement from the cognitive aspect increased from the average of 6.7 in circle 1 to 88.7 on circle 2.

Abstract

International Monetary Fund (IMF) that built on December 31, 1945 until now has developed its member. The aim of IMF as written article 1 of articles agreement of international monetary fund. In long term development perspective, the changing of paradigm that guaranteed the justice. Indonesia has a rich natural resources but Indonesian can not expiore their natural resources. If Indonesian can explore their natural resources. Indonesia will become a welfare state without IMF. According to author of this writing that the principle of justice must become a main basic either in construct ing or decision of economy strategy in Indonesia in the future.

Abstract

Since at the end of decade of the twentieth century, the trends of the strength of the market economy regime, the intervention of government in economic face the pressure. In the context of development, the pressure in minimizing government intervention be cause of the proof regarding the failure in conducting its role. The development of economy increases the growth of economy without able to overcome the problem of the chasm and the poverty. The problems as mentioned above raise because development of economy does not equalize social development. To liberate society from poverty constitutes the actualization of filling human right. Accordingly, the social role of government in abolishing poverty denotes the human obligation rights that should be carried out by government.
