Abstract

The figure of Al-Faruqi is a productive person, all of his writings contain bright ideas and theories to maintain the integration of science which is packaged in the big frame of the Islamization of science. The idea of Islamization is a science that emerged as an answer to the opposition between theological fields and the insights that were collaborated from modern scientific disciplines and Islamic culture. The development of science has such a great effect in the world of education. However, there is a negative impact from the development of this modern science overriding the values in the teachings of Islam. Abstract

 SMP As-Shiddiqiyah lergunung klampis bangkalan merupakan salah satu lembaga yang selalu berupaya meningkatkan Prestasi belajar siswa. Hal itu  menjadi perhatian disetiap lembaga pendidikan. Oleh karenanya upaya yang ditempuh sebagai lembaga pendidikan dengan cara meningkatkan kualitas pendidik menjadi pendidik yang professional. Dengan demikian, upaya yang dilakukan adalah dengan menyeleksi tenaga pendidik dan merekrut tenaga pendidik yang professional. Pengurus lembaga pendidikan SMP As Shiddiqiyah lergunung Klampis Bangkalan berkeyakianan bahwa; tenaga pendidik professional adalah seorang guru yang mampu untuk menunaikan kewajibannya sebagai guru dan pendidik yang mempunyai kemampuan dalam hal  merencanakan, melaksanakan, memberi nilai serta membimbing siswa. Sehingga nawa cita yang didambakan membentuk siswa-siswi yang berprestasi dapat terwujud. Kata Kunci: profesionalisme guru, prestasi belajar siswa As-Shiddiqiyah Junior High School in Klampis Bangkalan is one of the institutions that always try to improve student achievement. That is a concern in every educational institution. Therefore, the efforts taken as an educational institution by increasing the quality of educators become professional educators. Thus, the effort made is to select educators and recruit professional teaching staff. The management of As Shiddiqiyah Junior High School educational institution in Klampis Bangkalan believes that; professional educators are teachers who are able to fulfill their obligations as teachers and educators who have the ability in terms of planning, implementing, giving value and guiding students. So that the coveted ideals to form high achieving students can be realized.Keywords: teacher professionalism, student achievement
