Abstract

Puskesmas padangan memiliki jumlah kunjungan 80 sampai 100 pasien  rawat jalan per harinya. Sistem pendaftaran dan pelayanan di poliklinik masih menggunakan sistem manual. Sehingga dalam pendaftaran pasien dan ketika petugas membutuhkan informasi data pasien ataupun laporan kunjungan pasien membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Maka dari itu, Perlu adanya sistem informasi yang dapat membantu petugas dalam mempercepat pelayanan kepada pasien. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu System Development Life Cycle. Populasi dan Sample dalam penelitian ada 6 orang yang akan dilakukan wawancara, dengan munggunakan total sampling. Hasil penelitian ini adalah aplikasi sistem informasi pendaftaran dan pelayanan poliklinik pasien rawat jalan di puskesmas padangan yang terdiri dari fitur diantaranya tampilan form login, form menu utama, form user, form poliklinik, form pasien, form kunjungan pasien, form dokter, form periksa pasien dan form laporan kunjungan pasien.

Abstract

 The purpose of this study is to describe the knowledge, attitudes, and ways of doing external cause coding on medical records clerk.This type of research is observational research method. The population used was the officer medical records at hospitals URM Brebes as many as 12 people were taken with total sampling technique.The results of the study are 8 medical records clerk at the level of know (knew) 56.25%, at the level of comprehention (understand) officers 62.5%, the level of applications (apps) 53.12%, at the level of analysis (analysis) 50%, at the level of evaluation (evaluation) 25%. Medical records clerk attitude about charging external cause code officials agree 59.1%, 20.45%, and 20.45% do not agree. Officers take steps in accordance with the rules of ICD-10 as much as 35.71%, because officers used electronic ICD and instant code book. It can be concluded knowledge, attitudes, and the steps of determining a cause external code that officers do not yet good enough.

Abstract

Current technological developments are crucial role in various needs, such as management activities and providing health information in various health service institutions. The demand for this information, the use of computers and applications in it is needed to support these activities. The H-Deeja Psychology Center Clinic is a psychology clinic that provides therapy and counseling services for pediatric patients to adult patients, where operational activities are still carried out manually from registration to payment. Thus, making the service late, which should be able to provide fast and accurate service. So, to overcome this problem it is necessary to change the system from manual to electronic. Presence of PMK no. 24 of 2022 concerning medical records in article 3, that in every health service facility, especially clinics, it is mandatory to organize electronic medical records. The purpose of this research is to design and build a management information system for the H-Deeja Psychology Center Clinic. The method used is Waterfall. The resulting application is a Web-based management information system for the H-Deeja Psychology Center Bojonegoro which consists of registration, service, payment and reporting systems. The system is in accordance with the functions and usability of each menu using the black box testing method.
