Abstract

Implementing a Green Economy is based on global climate change, which is increasingly difficult to predict. Climate change often makes economic activity hampered, both domestically and globally. Many things cause climate change, namely: greenhouse emissions, the use of fossil energy as fuel, and also the manufacturing industry, which, when carrying out its production activities, produces exhaust emissions. The occurrence of climate change is indeed very detrimental to all human beings with the occurrence of climate change. All of us must play a role in overcoming the problem of climate change. For this reason, countries in the world have begun to switch to using renewable energy, which previously used fossil energy such as new stone to meet global energy needs. In this study, researchers determine the object of business actors, especially in the coal sector, electric vehicles, and tourism. Then the research method used is the Descriptive Qualitative Method by reviewing relevant previous articles. The results of this research are: 1) Green Economy plays an essential role in overcoming climate change and global warming, 2) Coal Industry Sustainability is affected by green economy policies, 3) Electric Vehicles play a role in the success of the policy. Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that occurred in Indonesia greatly affected economic activity and affected the planning that had been set by the previous government. The government's main focus during the Covid-19 pandemic is on public health and safety, many policies have been made to deal with the Covid-19 pandemic that has harmed Indonesia, especially in the economic sector. Of course, with the many policies made to carry out economic recovery, it requires funds or a budget to realize these policies, for this reason, the importance of the role of banking in Indonesia's economic recovery during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results of the analysis of this article are as follows; 1) The Role of Banking in Indonesia during the covid-19 pandemic, 2) Government policies during the Covid-19 pandemic, 3) Impact of the Indonesian Economic Sector during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The literature review article on the Role of Brand Image and Product Quality on Purchase Intention (Study Literature Review) is a scientific article that aims to build a research hypothesis on the influence of variables that will be used in further research, within the scope of Marketing Management. The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this Literature Review article are that: 1) Brand Image has an effect on Purchase Intention; and 2) Product Quality has an effect on Purchase Intention. Apart from these 3 exogenous variables that affect the endogenous variable of Purchase Intention, there are still many other factors including Price, Place and Service Quality variables.

Abstract

Literature Review Review of Price Perception Analysis, Purchase Interest and Marketing Performance on Purchase Decisions is a scientific article that aims to build a research hypothesis on the influence between variables that will be used in further research, within the scope of Marketing Management. The results of this Literature Review article are that: 1) Price Perception is related to Purchase Decisions; 2) Buying Interest is related to Purchase Decision; and 3) Marketing Performance related to Purchase Decision. Apart from these 3 exogenous variables that affect the endogenous variables of Purchasing Decisions, there are still many other factors including Product Quality, Service Quality and Brand Image variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the motivation and performance of employees at Mukhbis Jaya Konveksi in Rancamalang, Bandung Regency and to determine and analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance at Mukhbis Jaya Konveksi in Rancamalang, Bandung Regency. This research uses descriptive and verification methods with a quantitative approach. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained from observations, interviews, questionnaires and literature studies. The population in this study were all employees at Mukhbis Jaya Konveksi in Rancamalang, Bandung Regency. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample technique where all populations are sampled. Data analysis using simple linear regression analysis using the SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) application. The results showed that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, but has a low level of relationship between motivation and employee performance at Mukhbis Jaya Konveksi in Rancamalang, Bandung Regency and a small coefficient of determination. Meanwhile, the remaining coefficient of determination is from other variables not examined in this study.
