Abstract

The condition of Karawang as a national rice barn has now shifted to industrialization and supporting cities for the Capital City and has received poor ratings because it is a city with a high ranking of poor people. These problems can be solved by increasing MSME activities in various fields. The sustainability of MSME is very important because it supports the growth of big business and is able to provide benefits for regional economic growth. Implementation of value creation strategies in an effort to improve business activities carried out as a strategy at the corporate and business level. The application of value creation that focuses on internal resources owned is also related to the competitiveness strategy in an effort to increase the competitiveness of a company or a business. This study was designed to find out how product strategies that create values ​​when faced with business competitiveness in efforts to improve the economy of the poor. This study uses a cross sectional method through descriptive verification methods with testing path analysis using SPSS. Comparative testing is carried out to determine the comparison of consumer behavior between platforms / websites.

Abstract

Makmur Mandiri Savings and Loan Cooperative is rooted in its members, for the members, and back to the members. At the level of cooperative governance implementation, it can invite prospective members and existing members to borrow, save, and simultaneously become members by paying primary, obligatory, and voluntary deposits. Law number 25 of 1992 states that membership is voluntary and open. Management is democratic. The distribution of SHU (Surplus Hasil Usaha) is done fairly according to the business services of PERFORMANCE Each member. Minister of Cooperatives and SMEs Regulation No. 19/Per/M.KUKM/IX/2015 regarding the Conduct of Cooperative Member Meetings, as well as the Articles of Association (AD) and Bylaws (ART), and Special Regulations of KSP Makmur Mandiri. The performance of officials, both quantitatively and qualitatively, is highly aware that the operational continuity of the Cooperative depends heavily on its members. Therefore, officials must continually engage in dynamics to enable borrowing members to engage in entrepreneurship in managing the loans they receive. Service to members in 2023 was optimal, as evidenced by the number of members totaling 97,216 people and an increase in members by 14,298 (17.24%). The Annual Member Meeting (RAT) is a legal obligation of the management to be accountable to the members and to prepare the activity plan for the year 2024 formally. In the Annual Member Meeting Accountability Report of Makmur Mandiri Cooperative, the assets in 2023 amounted to 1,208,252,027,314 and grew by 185,859,161,228 (18.18%). Business volume in 2023 was Rp. 953,467,242,000, with growth of Rp. 169,129,440,000 (21.56%). Makmur Mandiri Savings and Loan Cooperative is a closed-loop cooperative that operates with pure savings and loans, which can only collect and distribute from and to the members, and is supervised by the Minister of Cooperatives and SMEs.

Abstract

Tujuan Pembangunan nasional adalah mewujudkan masyarakat adil dan Makmur berdasarkan Pancasila dan UUD 1945.Pendduduk atau Masyarakat adalah asset Pemerintah untuk ikut serta membangun. Laju Pertumbuhan Penduduk menyambut tahun 2035 pertumbuhan merupakan pedang bermata dua maksudnya bila tidak bisa pertumbuhannya dikendalikan pengangguran menjadi bom waktu, oleh karena itu kurang lebih jumlah penduduk kurang lebih 70 % adalah usia produktif harus lebih diperhatikan Pemerintah agar jangan menjadi pengangguran menajadi beban pemerintah oleh karena itu pemerintah agar melakukan program peningkatan life skiil, Pendidikan kewirausahaan, pelaku ekomi UMKM dan berbagai paket bea siswa dalam pengembangaan sumber daya Pembangunan. Pemerintah melalui Non Departemen yaitu BKKBN mempunyai empat program kependudukan dan Pembangunan keluarga adalah (1) Melakukan program Pendewasaan Usia Perkawinan bagi wanita minimal kawin batas usia 20 tahun dan laki-laki 25 tahun. (2) Mengendalikan kelahiran terutama Pasangan Usia Subur diharapkan dengan kesadaran menggunakan alat kontrasepsi misalnya piil, suntik, inplant, iud, medis operasi wanita dan operasi pria. (3) Mengembangkan Pembangunan Ketahanan Keluarga seperti Bina Keluarga Balita, Keluarga Remaja, Keluarga Dewasa dan Keluarga Manula. (4) Meningkatkan perkembangan usaha produktif melalui Usaha Peningkatan Pendapatan Keluarga (UPPKA). Petugas BKKBN dari Pusat sampai ke Daerah  adalah sebagai motivator  untuk melakukan penyuluhan indidividu dan kelompok dan selalu standart operasinal prosedure (SOP) sepuluh langkah PLKB dan mempragakan alat penyuluhan yang  disebut KIE (Komunikasi Informasi dan Edukasi). Hal merupakan budaya organisasi yang selalu dilakukan yang berdampak terhadap motivasi kerja pertugas sangan tinggi sehingga integritasnya sangat berdampak terhadat kinerja dalam mewudkan Pembangunan Keluarga Sejahtera.
