Abstract

Abstrak— Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Telkom merupakan sekolah kejuruan swasta di Pekanbaru yang memiliki banyak prestasi, baik itu dari segi prestasi akademik maupun non-akademik. SMK Telkom dalam meraih prestasi terdapat andil dari segala sumber daya yang dimiliki sekolah, baik buruknya sumber daya yang dimiliki akan memengaruhi prestasi sekolah. Evaluasi terhadap kinerja sekolah dibutuhkan guna meningkatkan prestasi, kualitas pendidikan, dan pelayanan. Metode yang diterapkan dalam evaluasi terhadap kinerja sekolah adalah Simple Multiple Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) untuk memperoleh hasil pengukuran yang terbaik. Kriteria yang digunakan pada penelitian yaitu Tata Usaha, Tenaga Pendidik, Humas, Sarana dan Prasarana, Pembelajaran, dan Tenaga Kependidikan. Responden dari penilaian terhadap kinerja sekolah adalah Orang Tua, Siswa, Guru, Pegawai dan Kepala Sekolah. Hasil dari penelitian berupa sistem yang menampilkan perankingan kriteria dan sub kriteria dari penilaian kinerja sekolah dan berdasarkan hasil analisa dari pengujian Black Box dan User Accepting Test (UAT) memperoleh nilai 4,3 dari 5,00 yaitu “Sangat Setuju”.Kata kunci: Evaluasi, Pengukuran, SMART, SMK.Abstract— Telkom Vocational High School (SMK) is a private vocational school in Pekanbaru that has many achievements, both in terms of academic and non-academic achievements. Telkom Vocational School in achieving achievement there is a sign of all the resources owned by the school, good or bad the resources owned will affect the school's achievement. Evaluation of school performance is needed to improve achievement, quality of education, and services. The method applied in evaluating school performance is the Simple Multiple Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) to get the best measurement results. The criteria used in this research are Administration, Educators, Public Relations, Facilities and Infrastructure, Learning and Education Personnel. Respondents from the assessment of school performance are Parents, Students, Teachers, Employees, and Principals. The results of this study are in the form of a system that displays the ranking of criteria and sub-criteria from the school performance assessment and based on the results of the analysis of the Black Box and User Accepting Test (UAT) testing, the score is 4.3 out of 5.00, namely "Strongly Agree".Keywords: Evaluation, Measurement, SMART, SMK

Abstract

The lungs are one of the organs of the human body that are very important in the process of respiration. There are several types of lung diseases, including Asthma, Bronchitis, Dyspnea, Pneumonia, COPD, and Tuberculosis. There are difficulties in the classification process, because the symptoms shown by sufferers have similarities between diseases. The purpose of this research is to classify lung disease using the Naive Bayes Classifier method. The choice of this method is because it only requires a small amount of training data to determine the estimated parameters needed in the classification process. This research was conducted at the Regional General Hospital Major General HA Thalib City of Sungai Full from August 3 2022 to September 3 2022. The data taken was in the form of medical records of lung disease patients from July to August as many as 134 patient data containing 19 symptoms disease and 6 disease diagnoses. From the test results using the Rapidminer application and data separation in the form of 34 testing data and 100 training data with a data comparison of 7:3, an accuracy value of 97.06 was obtained.
