Abstract

ABSTRACT People’s anguish and concern towards the bad circumstance in Indonesia should be one of significant aspect to redevelop the economy. Furthermore, investment atmosphere is urgently improved in this circumstance. Political stability will give a great contribution towards economical stability, and in reverse, economical stability is on a must to create a political stability. Investment atmosphere in Indonesia’s bad circumstance should be improved by a collective awareness and real movements from government and civil society. That is related to the weakness of law enforcement, political-social stability and civil security in Indonesia. The crisis in real sector that is showed by the high unemployment and poverty rates is caused by the instability in investment, both domestic and foreign investments. Abstract

AbstrakLibya Muammar Gaddafi  membuat  negara yang berbeda dari negara manapun, adalah prinsip demokrasi yang terjadi adalah dengan sosialisme Islam. Difusi kekuasaan tidak ada sama sekali akumulasi kekuasaan di tangan individu dan tidak ada  keseimbangan oposisi. Gaddafi  begitu terobsesi menjadi pemimpin dunia Arab. Sikap keras kepala Gaddafi dan sangat menyerupai Barat membuat posisinya cukup rentan, maka yang bertindak sebagai pendukung Libya diam-diam merencanakan penggulingan kekuasaan, tapi gagal. NATO mendukung oposisi berhasil menduduki kompleks perumahan Gaddafi, karena kekuatan yang berlangsung selama empat dekade sudah lenyap, keunikan gaya kepemimpinan memori hidup. Kata kunci: Penguasa diktator, karakteristik manusia, sistem sosialisme.

Abstract

Traffic control volunteer worker motivation objective indirectly want to create traffic road conditions are not always jammed, but they were able to unravel for smooth for all road users with communication devices owned that body language and whistles. Nonverbal messages such as body language, which refers to an object used consistently by its users. Appearance and style of volunteers who served in front of the highway users make sense of something that is consistent because it pollutes the material that has been prevailing in the society. Thats when the process of formation of meaning in the minds of the road users in general.Keywords: Volunteer Officers Motive, Credibility Evective Volunteer Officers and nonverbal messages.

Abstract

Pekerja relawan pengatur lalulintas motivasi tujuannya secara tidak langsung inginmenciptakan kondisi jalan raya lalulintas tidak selalu macet, tapi mereka mampu untuk menguraidemi kelancaran bagi semua pengguna jalan dengan alat komunikasi yang dimiliki yaitu bahasatubuh dan peluit. Pesan nonverbal berupa bahasa tubuh, yang mengacu pada suatu obyek dipakaisecara konsisten oleh para penggunanya. Penampilan dan gaya relawan yang disajikan dihadapanpara pengguna jalan raya sesuatu yang konsisten karena memaknai materi tatatertib yang sudahberlaku di masyarakat. Saat itulah terjadi proses pembentukan makna di dalam akal budi parapengguna jalan raya pada umumnya.Kata Kunci : Motif Supeltas, Kredibilitas Supeltas dan Efektivitas pesan nonverbal.
