Abstract

Abstrak: Tahapan utama produk canai dingin adalah mengurangi ketebalan lembaran baja, kemudian melakukan perlakuan panas sistem tungku dalam serangkaian proses melalui 3 produk line berupa: produk line setelah ECL, produk line setelah BTR (annealing), dan produk line setelah akhir pengerolan CRF (Skin Pas Rolling). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh annealing dan skin pas rolling terhadap sifat mekanik produk Electrolytic Cleaning Line (ECL), Batch Temperate Roll (BTR), dan Cold Rool Finished (CRF) pada proses pembuatan lembaran baja al killed standar Pemilihan bahan baku pada penelitian ini adalah lembaran baja mampu bentuk G3141-SPCQ. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah uji komposisi kimia dan uji mekanis. Uji mekanis meliputi uji kedalaman tekan erichsen, uji kekerasan dan uji tarik. Dari uji tarik didapat nilai kekuatan luluh, kekuatan tarik, perpanjangan, koefisien pengerasan regangan, regangan dan regangan maksimum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh proses perlakuan panas terhadap sifat mekanis adalah menghilangkan kerapuhan pada ECL, meningkatkan kedalaman tekan erichsen, serta perpanjangan dan menurunkan kekerasan. Sedangkan pengaruh proses setelah akhir pengerolan terhadap sifat mekanis adalah meningkatkan kekerasan, kekuatan tarik, serta koefisien pengerasan regangan dan menurunkan kedalaman tekan erichsen, kekuatan luluh, perpanjangan dan regangan maksimum.  Kata kunci: lembaran baja mampu bentuk, ecl, perlakuan panas, btr, proses setelah akhir pengerolan, crf.  Abstract: Principal stages of cold canai product is reducing the thickness of steel sheet, and then performed the annealing system in the process in a series through 3 product lines as follow: line product after ECL, process line after BTR (annealing), and product line after CRF (skin pas rolling). The objective of this research is to define the influence of the annealing skin pas rolling toward the mecanical properties product line ECL, BTR, and CRF on the process of al killed steel sheet. The selected material is Al killed steel sheet G3141-SPCQ with using the methodology such as chemical composition and mechanical testing. Mechanical testing includes test of depth erichsen, hardness and strength. The result of strength test is yield strength, tensile strength, elongation, strain hardening coefficient and ultimate strain value. The result of the research showed the effect of annealing process to mechanical properties removes brittleness in ECL, increase the depth press erichsen and elongation as well as to reduce the hardness. While the effect of skin pass rolling process are increase the value of hardness, tensile strength, and strain hardening coefficient and decrease the depth press erichsen, yield strength, elongation and ultimate strain.  Key words: al killed steel sheet, ecl, annealing, btr, skin pas rolling, crf.

Abstract

Carbon is a major element in steel. The increment of carbon will be increase the hardness and tensile strength. Composition of 0.85% carbon is easy to be formed and reducing the welding capability. The purpose of this study is to improve the surface properties and raw materials to suit the desired size or according to customer orders. With test method or metallographic micro. The objective of this study is as feasibility of micro testing, related with carbon equivalent in the all killed steel sheet system batch anil in Batch Temperate Roll (BTR), Electro Cleaning Line (ECL) and Cold Roll Finished (CRF) product PT. CRM Krakatau Steel Cilegon. The results shows obtained from the ASTM Standard. Electro Cleaning Line (ECL) on the product line has not occurred grain size. Inclusion on the product  Electro Cleaning Line (ECL), Batch Tempered Roll (BTR) and Cold Roll Finished (CRF) dominated by the Stringer Sulfade (SS), Oxide Aluminates (OA), Oxide Silicate (OS), Oxide Glaburator (OG) form. Rating 0 and 1 with the inclusion of 2233, 2333, 2322, and 4322.
