Abstract

The development of information technology is endless. Every day there is something new that we can find outside. Will affect many sectors. One of the fastest growing is UMKM. Screen printing and convection is one of the UMKM that produces and sells plain shirts and screen printing. To improve its services, screen printing and convection information systems need to be developed so that the service is more optimal, effective and efficient. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a core business strategy that can support, obtain and retain customers. Based on the results of the needs analysis and system analysis of the company that can be known about the CRM modules needed for the system are Customer Service and Support (CSS) and Entreprise Marketing Automation (EMA).

Abstract

Abstract: The ABC Islamic boarding school is one of the Islamic boarding schools in Madiun Regency, in addition to the Islamic boarding schools in the Islamic boarding school there are also SMP and SMA which are under the same foundation. The ABC Islamic boarding school also applies information technology as a companion to its operational activities. The large number of employees and teachers in Islamic boarding schools, junior high schools and senior high schools creates difficulties in the staffing division for management. The management method that is currently running in the personnel department is deemed insufficient, because the existing information technology to support their work has not yet functioned optimally to support the strategy. The zachman framework is chosen so that planning is carried out in strategic steps, easy to understand and can be a control for future information system development. The results of this research are in the form of a blueprint for the system design which is mapped in the form of a Zachman matrix from the perspective of the Planner and Owner.            Keywords: Information Systems, Strategic Planning, Zachman's Framework  Abstrak: Pondok pesantren ABC merupakan salah satu Pondok Pesantren yang ada di Kabupaten Madiun, selain pondok pesantren di lingkungan ponpes tersebut juga terdapat SMP dan SMA yang dinaungi satu yayasan yang sama. Pondok pesantren ABC juga menerapkan teknologi informasi sebagai salah satu pendamping kegiatan operasional nya. Banyaknya karyawan dan guru yang terdapat di pondok pesantren, SMP dan SMA menimbulkan kesulitan pada bagian kepegawaian untuk pengelolaannya. Cara pengelolaan yang sedang berjalan di bagian kepegawaian dirasa tidak lagi mencukupi, karena teknologi informasi yang ada untuk menunjang pekerjaan mereka belum berfungsi optimal sebagai pendukung strategi. Kerangka kerja zachman dipilih agar perencanaan dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah yang strategis, mudah dipahami dan bisa menjadi  kontrol untuk pengembangan sistem informasi ke depan. Hasil penelitian ini berupa blue print rancangan sistem yang dipetakan didalam bentuk matrik Zachman yang dilihat dari sudut pandang Planner dan Owner. Kata kunci: Kerangka kerja Zachman, Perencanaan Strategis, Sistem Informasi

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi membawa dampak yang signifikan bagi para pelaku UMKM. Sehingga, mau tidak mau, pelaku UMKM harus menyesuaikan diri dengan pemasaran yang dulunya secara konvensional dan beralih ke online. Secara teknis pendampingan kegiatan pemasaran produk UMKM secara digital berbeda dengan yang sudah dilakukan oleh pelaku UMKM di Desa Kajang sebelumnya. Manfaat kegiatan pengabdian ini selain melakukan pendampingan dan sosialisasi pemasaran produk secara digital sebagai bahan dalam meningkatkan penjualan produk dan memperluas pangsa pasar dengan cara pemanfaatan branding foto produk secara digital marketing. Dari 15 pelaku UMKM yang mengikuti kegiatan ini, memperlihatkan 87% UMKM telah memiliki dan memanfaatkan media sosial untuk kegiatan pemasaran produknya. Adapun yang belum memanfaatkan media social karena hanphone yang dimiliki tidak support.

Abstract

The demands of the times bring changes in various aspects of life. Technology has an important role in this era, because the joints of life are better connected with the support of information technology. One of the things that are demanded to be mastered by the community is the basic use of computers and Microsoft Office. Operating a computer is part of the skill set, so the device needs to have skills in operating computers in Windows and Microsoft Office. Microsoft word is a one-on-one Office program known as word processing software. It is necessary to increase the skills and ability to use information and communication technology for village officials.

Abstract

Higher Education quality assurance is a planned and sustainable process in systematically improving the quality of Higher Education. One of the functions of quality assurance for tertiary institutions is for accreditation activities, in study programs accreditation preparation is an activity that often requires time, energy and the minds of the academic community. The problem that often arises in quality assurance activities is that supporting data and information that are required for completeness have not been well documented. As time goes by, there are more and more documents and the search for documents is getting longer, because you have to open documents in every folder where these documents are not small. The purpose of this research is to overcome some of the problems that arise, including good archive management, documents can be grouped by year or criteria and time efficiency in recapitulating all quality assurance documents. The method used in the development of this system is the Rapid Application Development method, which enables faster system development. Document Archiving Information System for Website-Based Quality Assurance in Informatics Engineering Study Program, University of PGRI Madiun, was created using the Laravel framework, while databases used MySQL. The tools used in the process of making this system are XAMPP for the database server, Visual Studio Code for the text editor. In system testing using black box testing which only tests software functionality, the test shows valid results and no errors or bugs occur.
