Abstract

This study aims to: (1) determine the effect of the addition of concentrates with different levels of crude protein in the basal ration for goats Boerawa past-weaning dry matter and organic digestibility and (2) to the addition of the best concentrates on past-weaning dry matter and organic digestibility Boerawa goats. This research used randomized block design, consisting of four treatments, with repeated five times, they are R0: bassal feeding, R1: bassal feeding + concentrate (Crude Protein 13%), R2: bassal feeding + concentrate (CP 16%), and R3: bassal feeding + concentrate (CP 19%). The results shows a significant effect (P <0.05) additions concentrates on bassal feeding to organic matter digestibility Boerawa goats pasca-weaning, the opposite effect was not significant (P>0.05) protein digestibility and crude fiber.

Abstract

The author conducted this research with a background on how government policies and criminal law regulate criminal actions that occur in the construction of national electricity facilities. The method used in this research is normative juridical, which is done by examining library materials or secondary data. The results of this study are the provisions of geothermal crime contained in Chapter X articles 67 to 77 of Law No. 21 of 2014 concerning Geothermal. Years or more, hence criminal offenses which have a maximum criminal threat of 2 (two) years down, are relative to the crime vonnis also under 2 (two) years, which means there is a possibility that the criminal is identical or approaching a mild podana type, both in the form of prison or confinement a substitute.Keywords: criminal acts; development AbstrakPenulis melakukan penelitian ini dengan latar belakang yaitu bagiamana kebijakan pemerintah dan hukum pidana dalam mengatur tindakan pidana yang terjadi dalam pembangunan sarana listrik nasional. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif, dilakukan yaitu dengan cara meneliti bahan pustaka atau data sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini adalah ketentuan tindak pidana panas bumi terdapat dalam Bab X pasal 67 sampai  77 Undang Undang  No.21 Tahun 2014 Tentang Panas Bumi.untuk pemahaman tentang tindak pidana yang ancaman pidananya meliputi penjara maksimum 2(dua) Tahun sampai dengan 5(lima) Tahun atau lebih lamanya, karenanya tindak pidana yang ancaman pidananya maksimum 2(dua) Tahun kebawah, adalah relative dengan vonnis pidananya juga dibawah dari 2(dua) Tahun,yang berarti ada kemungkinan pidananya identik atau mendekati jenis podana ringan, baik berupa penjara maupun kurungan pengganti.Kata Kunci : Tindak pidana; pembangunan
