Abstract

The problem of garbage was the classical problem that is always faced by residents, especially in the Probolinggo City. Because of the quantity and danger, plastic waste composed of chemicals was difficult to decompose. Hence, it was dangerous for the environment. Therefore, it was necessary to process waste to convert plastic into crafts with aesthetic and selling value. This community service used participation action research (PAR) through analysis surveys and counselling and training. The processing of waste from plastic packaging into handicrafts was being carried out to increase the creativity and skills of the community, especially housewives, unemployed youth and children who drop out of school. Besides that, it can also minimize environmental pollution so that Probolinggo city residents can care more about environmental cleanliness. Through training and assistance in making creations for the use of waste originating from plastic packaging, residents will have more knowledge about business opportunities that can be created through creativity and skills so that the economic level of residents becomes higher.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the urgency of the Regency / City Government in Indonesia to establish a Sharia Rural Bank in the era of regional autonomy in order to improve the standard of living of the people and increase the receipt of Regional Original Revenues (PAD). Before the birth of Sharia Rural Banks in Indonesia, the public was first familiar with the People's Credit Bank (BPR). According to Law No. 21 of 2008 stated that BPR is a conventional bank that in its activities does not provide services in payment traffic. Where conventional BPRs still apply interest systems in their operations.Sharia Rural Bank (BPRS) is a bank that conducts business activities based on Sharia principles in which its activities do not provide services in payment traffic. Law (UU) No. 21/2008 concerning Sharia Banks has specifically regulated the existence of Sharia Banks in Indonesia. The law complements and perfects Law No. 7 of 1992 concerning Banking as amended by Law No. 10 of 1998 which has not been specific so it needs to be specifically regulated in a separate Act. According to Article 18 of Law No. 21 of 2008, Sharia Banks consist of Sharia Commercial Banks and Sharia People Financing Banks.There are several objectives expected from the establishment of Sharia Rural Banks in the economy, especially in the regions (Regency / City), which are as follows:1. Improving the economic prosperity of Muslims, especially those in economically weak groups who are generally located in rural areas.2. Increase employment, especially at the sub-district level so as to reduce the flow of urbanization.3. Fostering the spirit of ukhuwah Islamiyah through economic activities in order to increase income per capita towards an adequate quality of life.4. To accelerate the rotation of economic activity, especially the real sector in the regions

Abstract

Preferensi merupakan sesuatu yang berupa perangkat mental untuk mengarahkan individu pada pilihan tertentu, yang mana perangkat mental tersebut terdiri dari suatu campuran dari prasangka, harapan, perasaan, pendirian, rasa takut atau kecenderungan lainnya, dan kecenderungan tersebut disertai perasaan puas dan senang. Faktor-faktor preferensi mencakup beberapa pilihan rasional yaitu keadaan memilih sesuatu yang disukainya dan kontinuitas. Fokus masalah yang akan diteliti yaitu untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang mendorong prefrensi masyarakat Desa Kebonrejo untuk menabung di Koperasi Syariah Nuri (KSN) JATIM Cabang Kalibaru dan keterkaitan faktor-faktor tersebut dengan preferensi menabung masyarakat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif, yang mana dalam mengumpulkan datanya, peneliti menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.Analisis data dalam penelitian yaitu  reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan. Keabsahan data yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan triangulasi sumber.hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa preferensi menabung masyarakat Desa Kebonrejo di KSN JATIM Cabang Kalibaru cukup tinggi. hal itu dapat diketahui dari jumlah masyarakat yang semakin banyak menabung. Hal itu dikarenakan beberapa faktor yaitu faktor kualitas pelayanan, faktor religiusitas, dan faktor promosi.

Abstract

Perusahaan yang sustainable adalah perusahaan yang dapat berkembang dalam berbagai produk, bertahan dan berdaya saing dengan perusahaan lainnya, termasuk pabrik Tape Prima Rasa. Penelitian ini fokus masalah pada Bagaimana proses pengembangan produk tape “Wangi Prima Rasa” dan  strategi yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan daya saing di Desa Sumber Tengah Kecamatan Binakal Kabupaten Bondowoso. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian yaitu  reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini : strategi pengembangan produk tape “Wangi Perima Rasa” meliputi beberapa tahap dari awal sampai finishing, melalui proses pengembangan tape dengan munculnya ide, pengembangan dan pengujian konsep produk. Strategi untuk meningkatkan daya saing diantaranya produk baru bagi dunia, lini produk baru, penyempurnaan produk yang sudah ada, repositioning, pengurangan biaya.

Abstract

Conceptually, this research describes the structure between the perfect competition market and the imperfect competition market which is also seen from an Islamic perspective, which of course also talks about the structure of the perfect competition market and imperfect competition market, as well as several things about this. Market, which incidentally is a meeting place for buyers and sellers to carry out buying and selling transactions of goods and services, as well as a place for the community to meet the needs and drivers of the community's economy. There are various kinds of markets, for a broad picture the market is divided into perfect competition markets, and imperfect competitive markets in which there are still divisions such as monopolistic, monopolistic, and oligopolistic markets. A perfectly competitive market in which there are many sellers and buyers of similar goods. Meanwhile, the imperfect competitive market contains only one seller or a few sellers. In this report, some information is generated regarding the two types of markets, such as the meaning, differences in the perfect competition market and imperfect competition market, the advantages and disadvantages of perfect and imperfect competition markets, market mechanisms, etc. The data collection method used in this study was to collect data from related web literature studies
