Abstract

Currently, learning content that is more tangible and easily understood by students is learning by using media. The purpose of this research is to prioritize the needs that refer to the level of achievement standards in the form of stimulation or skills of elementary school students in toilet training habituation with correct ethics. The method used is an innovative working method. The researcher invited 10 students to be tested through interviews containing 10 questions about aspects of toilet training skills. Based on the results of interview assessments and practice trials on toilet training videos, there are very satisfactory results, namely, 90% of students are declared very good and some of the students are good, so it can be concluded that learning by using video media is feasible to be used or tested on students. This innovative research resulted in a product in the form of an interactive video CD entitled "Adab Toilet Training". This video explains the stages of using the toilet when you want to defecate. This video is accompanied by interesting sounds and colors as well as sounds that invite children to interact directly so that children can focus more and easily understand the contents of the video.

Abstract

This research focuses on finding out the effect of implementing the Snakes and Ladders Game in teaching reading. This research was conducted by applying experimental quantitative research. The aim of this research is to determine whether or not there is an influence of the Snakes and Ladders Game on the learning achievement of grade 5 students. The author took 15 students as an experimental group using the Snakes and Ladders game and 15 students as a control group using conventional methods. The population of this study was 30 students consisting of class 5. The author took two classes as a random sample to see the influence of the Snakes and Ladders game in teaching reading. Data was taken by giving a reading test into two tests: pre-test and pro-test for the experimental and control groups. The average pre-test score for the experimental group was 60.2 and post-test 85, the average pre-test score for the control group was 55.7 and the post-test 73. Therefore this shows that the average score for the pre-test the experimental group was 60.2 and the post-test was 85. the experimental group was higher than the control group. The results of t count > t table with a significance level of p=0.05 (8.5 > 2.048). the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. It is recommended that English subject teachers apply the Snakes and Ladders Game as an alternative teaching medium to help and enrich students' Reading Comprehension.

Abstract

Undang-undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 tentang Perkawinan adalah salah satu undang-undang keluarga paling penting di Indonesia, terutama untuk komunitas Muslim. Proses pembentukan undang-undang ini cukup lama dan melibatkan ulama dan tokoh nasionalis, termasuk. Tujuannya adalah untuk menggabungkan hukum Islam dengan hukum nasional. Metode yuridis normatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Berbagai peraturan perundang-undangan, doktrin, dan yurisprudensi yang relevan dipelajari melalui analisis deskriptif-kualitatif. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa hukum keluarga Islam di Indonesia tidak berdiri secara mandiri sebagai sistem hukum yang terpisah, melainkan telah terintegrasi ke dalam sistem hukum nasional melalui Kodifikasi Hukum Islam (KHI). Meski demikian, KHI belum memiliki kekuatan hukum yang setara dengan undang-undang. KHI berfungsi sebagai acuan yuridis bagi pengadilan agama, tetapi belum sepenuhnya mencerminkan dinamika sosial dan kebutuhan hukum umat Islam di Indonesia. Selain itu, pelaksanaan hukum keluarga Islam masih menghadapi sejumlah kendala, terutama terkait dengan penyelarasan prinsip-prinsip hukum nasional dan penghormatan terhadap keberagaman budaya hukum yang ada di Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa upaya harmonisasi antara hukum keluarga Islam dengan sistem hukum nasional harus terus dikembangkan melalui pendekatan yang integratif, yang mampu mengakomodasi nilai-nilai keislaman sekaligus menjunjung tinggi prinsip-prinsip konstitusional dan hak asasi manusia. Reformulasi hukum keluarga Islam menjadi undang-undang yang formal, yang terbuka terhadap kritik akademis dan responsif terhadap perubahan sosial, merupakan langkah strategis penting untuk memperkuat legitimasi serta efektivitas hukum keluarga Islam dalam kerangka sistem hukum nasional.
