Supervisor I : Dr. Saipudin, SE, M.Si, Ak This research was conducted to analyze the factors that influence Regional Expenditures in Banjarmasin City. With reference to the variable Regional Original Income (PAD), the Balancing Fund. In principle, the greater the contribution of PAD to expenditure will show the smaller regional dependence on the center. where regional expenditure can be influenced by PAD and Balancing Funds.Data used is secondary data consisting of Times Series Data the 2007 period 2016, where the data is analyzed using multiple linear regression models, wich is seen as from the magnitude of R2 seen from the test coefficient of determination, testing variables simultaneously ( Test F ) and partly ( T Test ). To find out whether Regional Original Revenue and influential Balancing Funds on Regional Expenditure in Banjarmasin city. The result of this study indicated that the Regional Original income variable has a significant effect on regional Expenditure, while the balancing fund has no significant effect on Regional Expenditure.Keywords: Regional Expenditures, Regional Original Revenue and Balancing F

This study aims to determine the impact of the implementation of Healthy Cities on Banjarmasin City HDI in 2010 to 2017. So that the city government can find out how the impact of implementing healthy cities on HDI in Banjarmasin City as a first step in taking policies related to the implementation of healthy cities.The scope of this study was to analyze the impact of the implementation of a healthy city on the Banjarmason HDI in 2010-2017. The use of data analysis techniques in this study is descriptive, namely collecting, dividing, and deciphering the data obtained, then the objective results obtained from the problem of an analysis of the results of monitoring data.The results of this study indicate that the implementation of a healthy city has a positive impact on increasing the Human Development Index in Banjarmasin City. This can be seen from the increase in the Human Development Index of Banjarmasin City from year to year. Organizing healthy cities is also able to make health services better from year to year and can be felt well by the community.Keywords: Organizing Healthy Cities, Human Development Index, Banjarmasin City

This research was conducted (1) for local governments to analyze the effective value of village fund budgets managed for community empowerment and development. (2) for the community, which is to know good results regarding village economic growth, regional and effective village fund centers (3) as a reference for further research on the management of village funds for the empowerment and development of rural communities.The scope of this study is to analyze the efficiency and effectiveness of managing village budget funds for 2016-2017 in the Tambak Bitin village of Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency. The data analysis technique used in descriptive research is collecting, dividing, exposing and deciphering data, so the objective results of the problem are obtained from an analysis of the results of monitoring data. This research also uses quantitative analysis and the result is a percentage. The results of this study are that the efficiency of village funds in Tambak Bitin village is in the inefficient category, this is because village infrastructure is inadequate and population density is high. The level of effectiveness of funds in Tambak Bitin village is included in the category of very effective and effective, influenced by the success of the village government in regulating village income and prioritizing community needs and services provided and felt by the community.Keywords: Efficiency Analysis, Effectiveness, Village Fund Budget

This study aims to (1) find out how the contribution of each criterion to the development of natural tourism objects in Tiwingan Lama Village, Aranio District, Banjar Regency, and (2) find out what alternative options are priority to be developed in Tiwingan Lama Village, Aranio District, Banjar Regency.Respondents in this study were 7 respondents who were considered experts and influenced the determination of the development of the tourism village area in Tiwingan Lama Village, which were used in data processing using the AHP (methodAnalytical Hierarchy Process).The results of this study indicate that the criteria for regional policies, regional potential, number of visitors, and community income influence the prioritization of the development of tourism village areas in the order of 27.7% regional policy preference values, 46.6% regional potential, 16.1% number of visitors, and 9.6% of people's income. Based on the three alternatives of priority selection for the development of the tourist village area, the alternative or potential for the Matang Kaladan hill has the highest preference value of 59.6%, Alimpung Park hill 23.8%, and Atawang hill 16.6%. With the most dominant conclusion is the Matang Kaladan hill (59.6%).

This research aims to (1) Determine the level of elasticity of changes in GRDP caused by changes in BPHTB revenue in Banjarbaru for the 2011-2020 period and (2) To determine the tax efforts of BPHTB in the City of Banjarbaru for the period 2011-2020. This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods.This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods. The data used is secondary data sourced from the Central Bureau of Statistics and the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agencies of Banjarbaru in 2011-2020. The results of the study show that from 2011-2020 as follows: (1) the elasticity level of GRDP changes caused by changes in Banjarbaru City BPHTB revenue has an average of 0.38% which means it tends to be inelastic or a value of less than 1 (E<1) . This indicates that BPHTB will experience a change of 1% due to an increase or decrease of less than 1% by GRDP. So that the growth of BPHTB revenue does not cause significant and significant changes (inelastic) due to changes in GRDP. (2) The level of tax effort also has an average value below 1, namely 0.404 (close to 0). The ability of the local government of Banjarbaru to collect BPHTB taxes is still low because it is far from the perfect value of tax effort, which is 1.

The general condition of the Open Unemployment Rate in South Kalimantan during 2018-2022 shows relatively increasing findings, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. The volume of cooperative business and MSME turnover is one of the means that can be used to reduce it through GRDP as a forum that reflects regional economic conditions. This paper aims to make a deeper identification related to the direct and indirect relationship of cooperative business volume and MSME turnover to the open unemployment rate through GRDP in South Kalimantan Province Districts / Cities in 2018-2022. The data used in this study are secondary data collected through documentation methods and processed using quantitative methods with regression panel data to determine the direct influence between variables both simultaneously and partially and with path analysis using the Sobel test to determine the indirect influence between independent variables, namely the volume of cooperative businesses and MSME turnover on the dependent variable, namely the unemployment rate open through the intervening variable is. GRDP. The results of this study show a direct influence of the volume of cooperative businesses, MSME turnover, and GRDP on the open unemployment rate simultaneously. Only partially does MSME turnover significantly affect the open unemployment rate. Meanwhile, the volume of cooperative businesses and MSME turnover directly and partially affect GRDP. There is no indirect influence (through GRDP) on the volume of cooperative businesses or MSME turnover and the open unemployment rate in South Kalimantan Province.
