Abstract

The implementation of persuasive communication of the Qur'an in preaching is carried out by: 1. Use of polite language, 2. use of beautiful and attractive language, 3. Use of language that is straightforward, easy to understand or digest by the public, 4. Use of language that is concise and contains. 5. The language or choice of words used is able to accommodate every group. 6. Avoid using words or sentences that contain hate speech. In addition to the use of language, the way of presenting the message of da’wah also greatly determines the success of the da'wah. Every preacher is required to build good and intense relationships with the audience, including by maintaining an attitude not to monopolize the truth. The success rate of da'wah can be measured, among others, by the change in the attitude of the audience towards a better direction in accordance with the message of the message conveyed. In this study, the authors combined the concept of persuasive communication with preaching so that it gave to a persuasive da'wah model that could be applied in society. This research uses the thematic interpretation method by following the steps of contemporary interpretation where one of the points of difference with the previous method is that in the contemporary thematic interpretation method each commentator tries to answer the problems that arise by digging these answers into the Al-Qur'an

Abstract

Humans as noble creatures have rights that must be given by various parties. Oppression, colonization and slavery and discrimination are forms of action that do not respect human rights. The sentence "Colonialism over the world must be abolished" contained in the preamble of the 1945 Constitution emphasizes how human dignity and freedom must not be taken away. This paper tries to reveal Human Rights (HAM) from the perspective of the Qur'an by using the maqâshid as-syarî'ah concept as the scalpel. Discussions about human rights in the world have emerged since the 18th century ago, while the formulation of human rights that are considered legal and standardized today is that published by the United Nations Agency, which was declared on December 10, 1948 and later. known as "The Universal Declaration of Human Rights". The struggle for human rights is increasing considering the condition of human rights violations that occur in many parts of the world. In Islam, through the signs of the Qur'an, general rules related to human rights are found, including: 1) the right to life; 2) the right to education; 3) the right to freedom and protection of property; 4) the right to honor and; 5) religious rights. This research is in the form of library research using thematic interpretation methods based on themes using the maqâshid ash-syarî'ah approach.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pendidikan agama bagi anak-anak dewasa ini semakin terabaikan. Kesibukan orang tua, sikap menganggap remeh pendidikan agama melahirkan anak-anak dengan pemahaman agama yang dangkal, ibadah dan akhlak keseharian yang jauh dari nilai-nilai Islami. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui penafsiran Mahmud Yunus terkait Surah at-Tahrim/66:6. Mahmud Yunus yang dikenal sebagai salah seorang ulama dan akademisi telah melahirkan terobosan-terobosan baru dalam dunia pendidikan di Indonensia terutama terkait pendidikan agama Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitati kajian kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orang tua berkewajiban terhadap pendidikan agama anak-anak mereka. Meskipun anak-anak tersebut sudah mendapat materi pendidikan agama di sekolah atau lembaga lain, namun pendidikan agama yang di berikan orang tua di rumah tetap harus ada. Sehingga anak tumbuh menjadi anak yang shaleh, berakhlak mulia. Kata kunci: Pendidikan Agama, Surah At-Tahrim/66: 6, Tafsir al-Qur’an al-Karim ABSTRACT Religious education for children today is increasingly neglected. The busyness of parents, the attitude of underestimating religious education give birth to children with a shallow understanding of religion, worship and daily morals that are far from Islamic values. This research was conducted to find out Mahmud Yunus' interpretation of Surah at-Tahrim/66:6. Mahmud Yunus who is known as one of the scholars and academics has given birth to new breakthroughs in the world of education in Indonesia, especially related to Islamic religious education. The research method used is qualitative research of literature review. The results show that parents are obliged to the religious education of their children. Although these children have received religious education material at school or other institutions, religious education provided by parents at home must still exist.
