Abstract

Empeworment activities are used to facilitate local people in their planning, to decide and manage local resources to make them have the ability to make sustainable use of upholstery. Potential in the village of Pucangrejo in one of the rice plants. Seeing that potential I plan to make processed rice out of rice. This food can be described as rice cracker, developed in various shapes and flavors. The creative economy is a concept to realize sustainable economic development creatively based, in this case a dependable creative human resource. The creative economy is one of the concepts of a new economy tht intensifies information and generated from this creative economy is a product that has distinctive, unique and unique characteristics. The village’s creative economy was converted to developing and improving the economy of the people with a contribution of the special people of puherreio village housewives is expected to have this activity well under way and can help the development of resources.

Abstract

Online shop merupakan metode pembelian jasa atau barang para penjual produk, para penjual dan pembeli melakukan interaksi jual-beli tidak bertemu secara langsung atau menyebabkan interaksi fisik, sehingga barang diperdagangkan melalui display dengan gambar di website atau tokomaya. Dalam rangka untuk menjadikan remaja karang taruna Dusun Patran, Desa Sambilawang, Kecamatan Bungkal, Kabupaten Ponorogo tetap produktif, mahasiswa KPM-DDR IAIN Ponorogo memberikan pelatihan tentang usaha online shop kepada para remaja karang taruna. Dengan tujuan dari pelatihan ini yaitu agar para pemuda karang taruna Dusun Patran, Desa Sambilawang, Kecamatan Bungkal, Kabupaten Ponorogo tetap produktif meskipun saat pandemi dan dirumah saja seperti saat ini. Adapun metode penelitian yang dipakai oleh pengabdi pada kegiatan yaitu Asset Based Community Development (ABCD), pengabdi mengutamankan penggunaan kekayaan dan kekuatan di sekitar. Kegiatan pelatihan yang telah dikerjakan diperoleh hasil yaitu: a) kegiatan pelatihan usaha online shop guna meningkatkan produktivitas pemuda karang taruna Dusun Patran, Desa Sambilawang, Kecamatan Bungkal, Kabupaten Ponorogo berjalan dengan lancar. b) dalam pelatihan usaha online shop ini para peserta pelatihan diberikan pengetahuan tentang cara bejualan dan promosi yang baik dan menarik di media sosial whatsapp, instagram, dan facebook.

Abstract

Abstract: Pandean Hamlet, Banjarsari Wetan Village, Dagangan District, Madiun Regency, the average community works as farm laborers. The large number of farm laborers is because the location is part of the outskirts of the city and is influenced by the education level of some people, which is arguably not too high and close to agricultural land. Based on observations and interviews, farm workers in Dusun Pandean receive a certain amount of wages and long hours. However, the fact is that farm laborers are still loyal to their employers and this contradicts the existing theory. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of wages and workload both variable and concurrently on work loyalty. This type of research uses quantitative associative methods, with a population of 49 agricultural laborers in Pandean Hamlet. The sampling technique used is total sampling, meaning that the entire population is taken as a sample. Processing and analyzing data with the help of SPSS 23 software. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially the wage variable obtained a value of (sig) 0.013 <0.05 and the workload variable of (sig) 0.523 > 0.05. Simultaneously obtained a value (sig) of 0.024 <0.05. The R2 value obtained is 14.9%, the remaining 85.1% is influenced by other factors not examined by the researcher.Dusun Pandean, Desa Banjarsari Wetan, Kecamatan Dagangan, Kabupaten Madiun, rata-rata masyarakatnya bekerja sebagai buruh tani. Banyaknya pekerja buruh tani ini karena tempat termasuk bagian pinggiran kota dan dipengaruhi tingkat pendidikan sebagian orang yang bisa dibilang tidak terlalu tinggi serta dekat dengan lahan pertanian. Berdasarkan observasi dan wawancara buruh tani yang terdapat di Dusun Pandean menerima upah dengan besaran tertentu dan jam waktu panjang. Namun, faktanya para pekerja buruh tani masih setia pada pemberi kerja yang mereka tempati dan ini bertentangan dengan teori yang ada. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh upah dan beban kerja baik secara pervariabel maupun bersamaan terhadap loyalitas kerja. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif asosiatif, dengan populasi para pekerja buruh tani Dusun Pandean sebesar 49 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu sampling total, artinya seluruh populasi diambil untuk dijadikan sampel. Pengolahan dan analisis data dengan bantuan software SPSS 23. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil menunjukkan secara parsial variabel upah diperolah nilai sebesar (sig) 0,013 < 0,05 dan variabel beban kerja sebesar (sig) 0,523 > 0,05. Secara simultan diperoleh nilai (sig) sebesar 0,024 < 0,05. Nilai R2 diperoleh sebesar 14,9% sisannya 85,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti oleh peneliti.

Abstract

Work motivation is a form of drive within an individual to complete a task. According to Herzberg's Two-Factor Theory, work motivation consists of two components: external factors and internal factors. In courses and training institutes Bahana Bina Prestasi, work motivation seems lacking, which contradicts the efforts made by the institution's leaders who provide regular work motivation in monthly briefings. This research aims to determine work motivation's role in improving employee performance at LKP Bahana Bina Prestasi in Ponorogo. This research utilizes a qualitative descriptive research method. Data sources include employees, business owners, or leaders at LKP Bahana Bina Prestasi in Ponorogo. Data collection techniques involve conducting interviews. This research indicates that the factors causing a decrease in work motivation lie in external factors, such as salary and quality of supervision. However, there are strengths in working conditions, interpersonal relationships, achievements, recognition, the job itself, and responsibility. Additionally, the implementation of work motivation in LKP Bahana Bina Prestasi is considered to be less than ideal because, despite being conducted regularly, it is not yet considered good and effective. Out of the five performance indicators, this institution has successfully implemented two indicators, namely Quality and Timeliness. However, three areas still need improvement: Quantity, Effectiveness, and Efficiency.
