KAJIAN BISOSIASI PADA KISAH HUMOR SI KABAYAN DAN ABU NAWAS SEBAGAI SEBUAH ALTERNATIF PEMBELAJARAN SASTRA Yudha Andana Prawira

The problem in this study is to compare the humorous aspects of Si Kabayan's story with Abu Nawas and describe it according to the objectives of the research. The research method is qualitative with Koestler's psychological methods with applications in bisociation. The results of this study show similarities and differences between the characters in Si Kabayan's story with Abu Nawas. The main equation is that the sense of humor is high because of the large gap between the M1 and M2 levels of each story. Similarly, motives and mandates are similar to the ingenuity aspects used to deceive others. At the same time, the difference lies in the fact that Si Kabayan has a socio-cultural origin from the lower classes of Sundanese society. While Abu Nawas has a Middle Eastern culture with a social environment around the palace. Both stories are full of irony and paradox in the real life of each region. Languages nowadays are on the way to its disappearance, with almost 50% of them in the process of extinction. The most effective to language preservation is by way using the media. Jurieen Survey (2016) elaborates that 61% of TV viewers fond of watching humor programs, one of which is stand up comedy. Hence, TV media is expected to contribute on language preservation, Bahasa Indonesia in particular. How significant the influence of stand up comedy and what aspects of comedy represent against language preservation are the two primary focuses on the research. Based on the data sources and analysis results, Four aspects of stand-up comedy cover: linguistic, social, economic and religious. The conclusion is stand up comedy can be an effective mean to preserve language and to educate the community. Stand up comedy would be easily accepted and digested by the community, due to its light and humorous presentation style.Keyword: language preservation; mass media; humor

The National Education World is currently trying to improve the ability of its students to think critically and creatively. One of these efforts has been pursued through evaluations that also lead to critical reflection. This research is a descriptive analysis of the final semester evaluation questions that are examined from the point of view of high-level thinking [HOTS]. The reference to the HOTS criteria is that the researcher refers to the opinions of King and his friends. From the manuscript data, the issues examined are samples from the Bandung area. The results of the analysis show that 10 out of 15 HOTS ranges proposed by King are already included in the scripts made by the teachers. On the one hand, it shows the teacher's creativity in compiling questions. On the other hand, all these questions do not refer to the HOTS criteria as planned. Therefore, there is a need to increase teachers' skills in compiling scripts as HOTS. This increase can be done through teacher training.Key words: Evaluation, HOTS, critical thinking and creativity thingking

This research is based on the need to improve the proficiency and performance of the Madrasah Principles. The participants of the main Madrasah training already have their respective competencies. A strategy for adult education is therefore needed to promote higher competence. One form of training is known as participatory training. The data obtained were then analyzed using a quantitative approach so that some results could be reported, the results of the training which, in addition to the competence of the head of the madrasah, also included a tendency towards positive results as a result of the participatory training found other things that could improve the performance of this madrasah school principal influenced by work experience and educational background factors. Other results suggest that the proficiency of madrasah school principals who are in the moderate madrasa class category may be different from the proficiency and performance of madrasah principals who are in the high madrasa category due to their different educational backgrounds -Class lie, exceeds. These are the results of this analysis as an application of the participatory training model in the training of Madrasah school leaders.Keywords: Madrasah Principles, competency; participative trainingAbstrak Penelitian ini didasari atas perlunya peningkatan kompetensi dan kinerja kepala madrash. Peserta pelatihan kepala madrasah telah memiliki kompetensi masing-masing, karena itu, untuk mendorong kompetensi yang lebih tinggi dibutuhkan strategi pelatihan orang dewasa. Salah satu bentuk pelatihannya dikenal dengan sebutan pelatihan partisipatif. Data yang didapatkan selanjutnya dianalisis dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, maka dapat dikemukakan beberapa hasil, temuan hasil pelatihan yang antara lain bahwa selain kompetensi kepala madrasah yang menunjukkan kecenderungan hasil positif sebagai akibat pelatihan partisipaitf, juga ditemukan beberapa hal lain yang bisa meningkatkan kinerja kepala madrasah ini yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor pengalaman kerja dan latar belakang pendidikan. Temuan lainnya menunjukkan bahwa bisa terjadi kompetensi kepala madrasah yang berada pada kategori madrasah sedang melebihi kompetensi dan kinerja daripada kepala madrasah yang berada pada kategori madrasah tinggi yang disebabkan berbeda latar belakang pendidikan. Demikian temuan dan hasil analisis ini, sebagai dampak dari sebuah aplikasi atas model pelatihan partisipatif dalam pelatihan kepala madrasah pelatihan.
